Plot[]
It is a beautiful night in New Townsville. A couple is seen watching the moon until it splits open in two halves thanks to the Girls. The next day, a news report shows that the Powerpuff Girls Z are accused of splitting the moon into two halves. In the courthouse, the judge tells the defendants, the Powerpuff Girls Z that instead of being sentenced to jail, they are forbidden to use their powers again. At Mojo Jojo's hideout, he receives a call from someone saying that the girls are banned from using their powers because of what they did to the moon.
Elsewhere, the girls complain that they really messed up after what they did to the moon last night. The citizens tell everyone that they got what they deserve while another one complains that just because they're superheroes doesn't mean they can do whatever they want. Even the children complain that the PPGZ are not cool anymore. One kid tells them that they are while another kid tells them that the moon is "wrecked" because of the girls and the boys leave. Hayato drops his Blossom figurine in disbelief.
Later, at the Professor's lab, Professor Utonium, Ken, and Poochi are doing something to repair the moon. But as soon as they figure out, the Mayor tells Professor Utonium, Ken, and Poochi that the Gangreen Gang is up to no good. After the girls transform into the PPGZ, Buttercup says that they should fly there, but Ken reminds her that they are not allowed to use their flying capabilities at all. Then, Blossom says that they should run at the speed of light, but Ken tells them they need to get there without causing destruction and mayhem in New Townsville, so he tells the PPGZ to ride the train. Unfortunately, the Girls get on the wrong train even though there is too many people.
After they got off the train at Chiba, the Girls try to find the Gangreen Gang, but they find the Gangreen Gang just having lunch. After that, the Girls call the Mayor telling them that the Gangreen Gang was only having lunch, then the Mayor receives a call that the Amoeba Boys are causing mayhem in a different location, forcing the girls to take the same train again. While they arrive at Nagoya, the Gangreen Gang calls Mojo Jojo and Mojo tells the gang that his plan is going very well without a hitch.
After the girls arrived, they find the Amoeba Boys, but the Amoebas are taking photographs of monuments. Unfortunately, Blossom used the money to buy food, much to Buttercup's Anger. Then the girls get a call from the Mayor saying that Fuzzy Lumpkins is causing menace in the forest. Realizing that Fuzzy Lumpkins is up north, the girls are forced to sail to the forest while the Amoeba Boys call Mojo Jojo saying his plan is working perfectly. As the girls arrive at the forest, they confront Fuzzy Lumpkins, only to find out that Fuzzy is playing music on his banjo with a few animals. Then the Mayor calls the girls again, saying that Mojo Jojo is causing mayhem in New Townsville. The girls try to get back to New Townsville, but they have no money, so they have to sail on the boat again and ride in a delivery truck to get there.
In New Townsville, Mojo Jojo terrorizes buildings and the citizens of the city. After the girls arrive,
