Warner Bros. is a film studio based in Burbank, California and is the distributor for most of the Cartoon Network shows, including The Powerpuff Girls (2016 TV series) and The Powerpuff Girls (1998 TV series). Their mascot is the rabbit from Looney Tunes, Bugs Bunny. The company helped distribute The Powerpuff Girls Movie.
Warner Bros. founded Time Warner in 1990, and Warner Bros. became a subsidiary under the main company. Another subsidiary in the Time Warner portfolio since 1996 is Turner Entertainment. Turner Entertainment owns the rights to Cartoon Network. Today, though in name only, Turner Entertainment owns the copyrights to The Powerpuff Girls content. However, Warner Bros. allowed access to the sister holder's rights itself.
