I made this blog, so people can share their opinion on who is the most likeable villain on the show. Remember, you can discuss, but not argue. I don't want any insults on my blog.
In my opinion, Mojo Jojo is the most likeable villain because he's geniunely friendly when not scheming, and is nowhere near as vile as Dick Hardly or some of the very horrible villains.
Another trait i like about Mojo is that he has the most realistic flaws. I mean, envy is something alot of people feel, and he was envious of The Powerpuff Girls because Professor Utonium was spending time with them. Mojo is also extremly unique, and i have never seen something similar to this. A chimpanze with a mutated brain, speaking with a japanese accent and speedy redudant speech. He's all around fun, while still being the villain focusing on most of the action and climax. He can also do some cool stuff, like beating an alien overlord and transforming from his usually shape into a monstrous giant. He has the most redeeming qualities of all the villains too.
HIM is likeable too. Though he gets very brutal and serious at times, he can also be fun and entertaining. One episode he's extremly creepy and dark for a said kids show, and in the next he's just as much of a comic relief as The Amoeba Boys and The Gangreen Gang and i don't agree with people calling him gay, because he doesn't have a gender.
I also find Abracadaver likeable because he's someone you can sympathize with, and was a good guy in the past, kinda like Mojo.
