I'll just cut right to the chase. Who do you think the worst character in The Powerpuff Girls is? The reboot, the original, and even PPG Z are all fair game. I personally think Allegro is the worst of all, but maybe that's just me. Let me know in the comments about what you think. Keep in mind that this show has a lot of amazing characters, but even the best of shows have bad ones.
