The Unlucky Captured Robber Dude is the main villain in "Jewel of the Aisle." He is a bumbling yet lucky jewel thief who tried to steal an expensive jewel from Townsville's jewelry store. But he lost the jewel when it was stored inside one of the cereal boxes of Lucky Captain Rabbit King Nuggets in a cereal factory.
He followed the jewel straight to the supermarket where he opens various boxes to find it. But before he could get the last box, Professor Utonium found it and bought it for the Powerpuff Girls. After seeing the commercial for the cereal, he attempted to impersonate the mascot in hopes of getting the jewel from the girls' cereal box. But he idiotically revealed his identity in front of the girls when he started eating the cereal. He is thus arrested.
Later he is shown in a flashback in "The Boys Are Back in Town" where HIM watches his defeat and gets mad.
He appeared in another flashback in "Night Mayor".
