Three Thugs appear in the episode Major Competition. They were hired by Major Man to make himself look like a hero.
History[]
During the song, Major Man sees the three thugs intimidating the old man for money and Major Man sees them, and quickly flies over and punches them. When Major Man is forced by the Powerpuff Girls to admit his ruse as a fraud, he reveals that he paid off the thugs for the attack, earning boos from the town.
