    • In my opinion, "Knock It Off" is the best, hands down. It has a great, exciting plot that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The villain in that particular episode has to be the most diabolically evil creature that ever appeared in the series, which is precisely what makes the episode so riveting. It also has an incredible climax and a very touching ending.

    • I'd have to say The Boys Are Back in Town is my favorite. No, it's not just because the Rowdyruff Boys got resurrected in it, though that did help. It was mostly about the fact that one little thing being changed can cause something big. (Literally in this case. Heh, get it? No? Okay.) Plus it actually developed their personalities more, since they were a bit bland in their first appearance. (Seriously, what exactly did we know about them in their debut episode? Other than their sexism and random hatred toward the PPG, but that's about it.) Not to mention the part where they finally get what they deserve when Ultimate Fight turns into Ultimate Humiliation. In all, I think it was a pretty good episode, and fun fact: This episode is what got me into the show again.

    • I suppose that I'm not really the apostle of knowledge on what makes an episode of a cartoon like powerpuff girls a good episode of an animated series. But I think that in my opinion, the very best episode is Speed Demon.

The original intent of The Powerpuff Girls, or at least, a secondary goal, was to establish a parody of superhero shows, by introducing consequences to the actions of the girls. Speed demon takes this onto a whole other level, acting as a super-culmination of consequence for the girls, and acts as a great use of HIM, whom is one of the most menacing and well written villains in all of cartoon networks line up (Of all time, mind you.) Speed Demon sticks out through horrific imagery, amazing sound design, and artistic direction that shouldn't have be expected from any other cartoon at the time. It's a deeply disturbing episode, and it plays off of the fact that, without the girls, there really is no one to save the day, and in a city like Townsville, that really is a threat to the infrastructure and consistency of the town. On a side note, it's also a callback to the unused Whoopass-Stew pilot-sequel.

My favorite episode, however, is Meat The Beat-Alls, since it not only incorporates the four most frequent villains (Minus the Gangrene Gang) and is an absolute master-work when it comes to referencing The Beatles. It's not the best episode, but it's my favorite, because I'm a nostagic weirdo, who likes to remember long bygone genres of not-so-manufactured music.

    • My favorite oddly eough i think is still Twisted Sister thoguh it comes close to tying with Knock It Off, I'm pretty sure it handles the a little knowlege is a dangerous thing message better than Little Miss Interperts. The first half of the epsiode gets really quite neglected in terms of most discussion of the episode I've seen does a great gob of setting up the the stakes by vivdly reminding us of everything as it should be, then of everything that can go wrong without the powerpuff girls by showing many near disasters. Bunnies segment{second half}  makes really is relativley horrifying long before she explodes because, if only for showing the true depths of danger the girls ever behaving iressponsibly could be. The city almost collapsed over night and they only found out about what was going wrong..coincedentally! And of course the ending caps the whole thing off with an emotional punch.

In short, we have scenes of placidity, scenes of action, scenes depicting what feels like danger and real permanant consequences for the girls being irressponsible. Basically I think I like it for some of the same reasons one of the above users really likes Speed Demon.

I don't know if that makes it the best epsidoe in the show but it makes it one of the most memorable in my confusing illegible books.

    • It´s a match between Speed Demon and Powerpuff Girls Rule for me, we get to see Mojo and HIM at their highest, while the Powerpuffs are at their lowest.
