The Mighty Morbucks is the first half of the forty-first episode of Powerpuff Girls Z. It first aired on Cartoon Network Japan on April 14, 2007.
Sypnosis[]
Duchess finally returns to New Townsville. But upon meeting the Powerpuff Girls Z, she decides to upstage them.
Plot[]
Princess wakes up and sees everybody in the mansion getting busy, only to find out from her parents that Duchess has returned. Meanwhile, Duchess arrives New Townsville but passes over the Powerpuff Girls Z and smiles with sinister.
Upon arriving at the mansion, she is greeted by her parents and maids. Princess returns to her room and sulks that she didn't get her sister's attention. However, she gets surprised when Duchess appeared and talked to her. Princess brags that she too was in the center of attention until the Powerpuff Girls Z appeared. Upon mentioning them, Duchess formulates a plan with Princess to upstage them using their money.
They later invaded Mojo's house and bribed him with money to work with them and defeat the Powerpuff Girls Z. He refuses at first, but upon seeing the gold, he accepts. However, both Princess and Mojo have motives; Princess and Duchess are just using Mojo, while Mojo steals the money.
Later, Mojo attacks the city and the girls flew in to stop him. Unbeknownst by them, Duchess watches them from afar and orders Mojo on what attacks he should use against them. As she finally gets all their data, they flew to a secret research center and wears a prototype suit.
Back at the city, the girls easily defeat Mojo and set to go home, but Duchess appears and asks for a fight. They refuse but Duchess strikes first and the girls fight back. However, Duchess counter-attacks them by using almost similar weapons and defeats them. She then gets alerted that she had used too much power. She sends Mojo back to defeat the girls, but Duchess surprisingly attacks Mojo instead, much to the girls and Princess's confusion.
A few days later, Duchess bids goodbye and returns to London. Princess tearfully hugs her sister and says that she'll miss her. Duchess tells her that she should watch TV so that she won't miss her. Elsewhere, the girls are still shocked by the events. But as they watch TV, they see Duchess getting all the attention. Princess realizes that her plan was to make the Powerpuff Girls Z look bad to the public.
