Synopsis
A leech-like little man called the Robbing Leech is stealing important information from people's minds by biting their heads, and it's up to The Powerpuff Girls to get down to the bottom of this before he strikes again. To stop the Robbing Leech, the Girls use the Mayor as bait.
Trivia
- This is one of the episodes in which the Narrator says his catchphrase differently: "And so once again, the day.....is, uh. Oh, something. Uh, day is.... Aww! My head hurts."
- Also, in this episode, there is a variant of the 1998-2001 animated episode outro in which the girls, the raining stars, and the "THE END" sign do not appear at all because the Narrator loses his mind.
- Robbing Leech's name is a reference to Robin Leach, former host of the TV show Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous.
