He is a sweet, friendly boy who wants to comment from Ms. Keane about his drawing, but when he tries to show his picture as she's in a bad mood about the air conditioner not working, she angrily yelled at him said she doesn't care and then she told him to go play.
Trivia[]
- Teddy kinda took Ms. Keane's harsh and hurtful words personally as he walks away from her and he didn't know Ms. Keane was just upset about the air conditioner broke. But maybe after Blossom used her ice powers to cool off the school, Ms. Keane apologize to Teddy for her behavior and she explains to him that she unintentionally snapped at him earlier while explaining her issues with the air conditioner.
