The Super Lice appeared in the episode Sugar, Spice, and Super Lice. They infected Buttercup's hair and built a town, and Blossom and Bubbles had to fight them off after they transformed into their Phase 2 bodies. When they are normal, they are purple and cute, but when they turn into monsters, they are red and terrifying and have mantis arms.
