Stuart Best is a character who narrates the news story on the Beat-Alls' in the episode, Meet the Beat-Alls.
He is voiced by Tom Kenny.

- His name is a reference to two former members of the Beatles, Stuart Sutcliffe (original bass guitarist) and Pete Best (original drummer), while his physical appearance resembles that of comedian, Eric Idle, who directed and appeared as a newscaster in the 1978 made for TV film, "All You Need is Cash".
