(A tumbleweed rolls across a desert-Townsville. We see the girls watching the tumbleweed.)
Buttercup: Uh, I could've sworn Townsville was right here!
Bubbles: Hm, maybe we took a wrong turn at the meteor.
(A voice appears of screen, and the girls are shocked to hear this voice.)
Voice: Looking for something?
(A screen appears, only to show Lester Van Luster on screen. He is smugly smiling with pride.)
Girls: Lester Van Luster?
Lester: The self-same.
(Mojo comes out from behind, dressed as a magician.)
Mojo: Yes! The magician of mayhem! The baron of badness, and of course, Mojo's best friend.
Buttercup: What did you do to Townsville, "Magic Dork"?
Lester: Ahem.
(He pushes Mojo off of him.)
Lester: Let me adore you Townsville is safe! Using my magnificent magic, I shrunk your town, and added it to my collection.
(He steps away, revealing his snow globe collection. He grabs the Townsville snow globe.)
Lester: I must say, Townsville will look quite nice, on my credenza.
(He shakes the snow globe, revealing the people inside Townsville also shrunk. We see the mayor sledding.)
Mayor: It's snowing! Ohhh dee ahhh! Ow.
(He falls of his sled and gets thrown off course. We then cut back to the normal sized world.)
Lester: I'd love to stay and chit-chat, but I merely called to gloat. See, Mojo? That is what makes a good villain a great villain.
(Lester flicks the hat on Mojo, revealing his brain.)
Mojo: Mojo has so much to learn!
(Buttercup seems to have a temper after the screen disappears, leaving her sisters in shock. She shoots eye lasers out.)
Buttercup: Rrrrrrrr... AHHHHHHHH
(She hyperventilates after this.)
Bubbles: What do we do, Blossom? How do we get Townsville back?
Blossom: I-I-I... I'm not sure!
(The ground shakes after this. Blossom is shocked, Bubbles worried, and Buttercup is confused.)
Bubbles: What is that?
(The Professor's head pops out of the bunker in the ground.)
Girls: Professor!
Bubbles: You dodged the shrink ray!
(The Professor has a higher voice)
Professor: Not exactly.
(He comes out of the ground and shows his head is fine, but his body is a smaller size.)
Professor: When Lester fired his magic ray to shrink the town, I dove into my emergency bunker at the last second! But I'm afraid I still got shrunk a little.
Buttercup: Okay, this is kind of freaky.
(Bubbles flies over and pats his head.)
Bubbles: Aw, this is so cute!
Professor: Ahem. Don't worry girls. I know how we can restore the town!
Girls: Yay!
Professor: Of course, it will require a quest so dangerous, so paralysis, so scary, that only superheroes would be able to complete it.
(When saying this, the episode zooms in more on him and centering the spotlight, creating a dramatic effect.)
Buttercup: Now, you're speaking my language!
Professor: Have you girls ever heard of "The Heart Stones?"
Bubbles: Heart stones? They sound pretty!
Professor: Oh, they're pretty all right.
Bubbles: Yay!
Professor: Pretty dangerous!
(During this conversation, Bubbles is imagining a Blue Heart stone. When the Professor notes it is dangerous, she imagines it splitting in half and eating her in one bite.)
Bubbles: Aw.
(In Bubbles' imagination, it burps.)
Blossom: Wait, I've heard about those! I thought they were a myth! The Heart Stones are supposedly the three most powerful objects known to man kind. When combined, they can achieve anything their owner wishes.
Buttercup: Anything?
(She starts to imagine her as the queen of French Fries. French Fries are raining onto a French Fry floor.)
Buttercup: (Imagination) Endless French Fries, here I come! Mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha!
(We cut back to the present time.)
Blossom: Uhh, I think the Professor means using the Heart Stones to restore Townsville, Buttercup.
(Buttercup punches the ground in anger.)
Buttercup: What about my needs?
Professor: Ahem. Anyway, to protect the stones from falling into the wrong hands, they were hidden in three separate locations. Luckily, I know where they are, thanks to my trusty utility knife!
(The girls look at each other in confusion.)
Blossom: Um...
Professor: And it's geothermal, sonar sensor!
(The utility knife reveals some sort of flat globe.)
Girls: Wow!
(The pink Heart Stone is in the ocean, blue in Africa, and the green one in Antarctica.)
Professor: The first one is located in the Antarctic.
(Cut to Antarctica)
Blossom: Looks like we're here!
(Blossom flies downwards.)
Buttercup: Come on, Bubbz!
(Bubbles is shown to be the leader of some geese.)
Bubbles: Aw. Sorry, guys. This is my stop! I'm sure you'll be fine without me. Just choose a leader and keep on flying!
(She flies downwards with her sisters. The geese fly in different directions.)
Geese: (Subtitled) All is Lost!
(The girls fly towards an ice cave that looks like a monster.)
Blossom: Alright, every step of our path will be fraught with danger. So stay close, and stay quiet!
(Buttercup starts running midair towards the cave and screaming)
Buttercup: Buttercup hoooooo!
Blossom: Buttercup, no!
(We cut inside the cave. Buttercup continues screaming until her sisters fly with her and Blossom confronts her.)
Blossom: Buttercup! Be careful! I told you this place was-
(A hand of ice hits the girls.)
Girls: Aah!
Blossom: -dangerous.
(The girls fall down, and there is growling coming from the monster. The girls look up, come together and cower. We see that the monster is a wolf. It growls at the girls. All of a sudden, Sapna's shadow appears, in her spider form. She smacks the wolf with her claw 3 times, and it shatters. She approaches the girls.)
Sapna: Hi girls!
Girls: Sapna?
(She shrinks back into human form.)
Sapna: Ice to see you! He he he he he!
Girls: Ha, ha... Ugh.
(We cut to a camp in the cave. The girls and Sapna sit down at mats at the camp. There are science materials around the girls and Sapna.)
Blossom: The Professor didn't tell us that you'd be here. Wasn't he helping you with your research?
Sapna: Oh, yes! Well, I didn't feel the need to bother him with all the boring details of my life.
Blossom: But he loves boring details. You know that!
Sapna: Right. Well, uh, I came here to research the crystals to see if they might cure my condition.
(She grows claws and snaps them to show the girls.)
Buttercup: So you still got the whole "I turn into a giant spider whenever I feel love, so I can't smooch the Professor" thing huh?
Sapna: Uh, I'm making progress.
Blossom: The Professor didn't mention any of this.
Buttercup: Stop giving Sapna the third degree! She just saved us from a crazy ice dog! So, Sapna. We're looking for a special crystal that's supposed to be in these caves. You seen one?
Bubbles: It's shaped like a heart!
Sapna: The heart stone?
(She starts to hyperventilate. She starts looking evil)
Sapna: Yes! I know exactly where it is! I can take you there! Let's go!
(She runs away, panting. She then comes back to retrieve the girls.)
Sapna: Right now!
(She runs away the same way she did before, but the girls haven't moved yet.)
Blossom: Hmm.
(We cut to where Sapna and the girls are walking to find the heart stone.)
Sapna: I saw the heart stone when I was mapping these caves. It's guarded by a dangerous monster, but I'm more than confident we can deal with it.
Blossom: Confident? I've never heard her be confident about anything! Something's wrong.
Buttercup: What? You're being paranoid.
Blossom: Trust me, I have a bad feeling about this!
Sapna: It's a long way to the heart stone. We should camp for the night. You never know what dangerous things are lurking out there.
Bubbles: Can we make s'mores?
(We cut to the girl's camp. They are all sleeping, except for Sapna, who isn't in her sleeping bag. We hear Sapna's voice, which annoys Blossom and wakes her up.)
Sapna: Soon, the heart stone will be mine!
(Blossom wakes up and sits in her sleeping bag.)
Blossom: Sapna?
Sapna: All mine!
(Blossom flies out and sees the back of Sapna.)
Sapna: They don't suspect a thing! Except for Blossom. She's the only one standing in my way. I'll have to get rid of her! Then, I'll get the stone and have the power to-
Blossom: Sapna!
Sapna: Gah! Blossom!
Blossom: Sapna, the heart stone must be messing with your head! The Professor said they were dangerous, but I didn't realize how dangerous.
Bubbles: (o.s.) Blossom? Sapna? Where are you guys?
(Sapna starts being sarcastic.)
Sapna: No, Blossom, please!
(She hits herself in the head with a green, spherical crystal, and falls to the ground.)
Buttercup: (o.s.) What's going on over there?
Sapna: Stop hurting me!
Blossom: Uh, what are you doing?
Buttercup: More like what are you doing?
Sapna: Buttercup! Bubbles! Help me! Blossom attacked me!
Blossom: What?! She's lying! The heart stone is messing with her head!
(Blossom and Buttercup fly towards each other and start arguing.)
Buttercup: Dude! What's with you? You're acting crazy!
Blossom: With me? It's Sapna that's acting crazy!
Buttercup: Yeah, you keep saying that, but you're the one acting like you're a few fries short of a kids' meal!
Sapna: Oh, dear. I know what's happened. I'm afraid Blossom has Ice Madness!
Bubbles: Ice madness? You mean Polar Paranoia? The Chilly Silly? The Frozen Phobia? The Below Zero Fear-o? Huh! Never heard of it.
Blossom: I don't have Ice Madness! Sapna's the crazy one!
Buttercup: Don't worry, Blossom! I know how to deal with this.
Blossom: Whew! Thank you.
(We cut to Blossom in Buttercup's idea: tying her up and carrying her on a stick. She is tied up with Buttercup's transformation power: a rope. Blossom is muffling something, while Bubbles and Buttercup are carrying her.)
Buttercup: Dude, I'll let you go, if you stop being so nuts in the brain meats.
(Buttercup loosens the rope in her face area.)
Blossom: Sapna's crazy! You guys need to trust me!
(The rope tightens back on her and Blossom starts to mumble nonstop again.)
Buttercup: You had your chance.
Sapna: (os) There! There it is! The Heart Stone! Look at it. Isn't it beautiful?
Bubbles: Didn't you say there was a monster gaurding it?
(The wall of ice that the Heart Stone sits on starts rumbling. It turns into a green monster like the one before, but with three heads. It seems to be a reference of Cerberus, a mythical, greek creature.)
Bubbles: Nevermind, I see it.
(Buttercup sets Blossom's pole down in some snow.)
Buttercup: Okay, nutzo. Feel free to be crazy over here.
(Sapna has turned into a giant spider, and Bubbles and Buttercup are after the Heart Stone.)
Sapna: Get the heart stone! Get it!
(Sapna smacks Cerberus, Buttercup goes through it, causing a hole to form, and Bubbles pats the monster.)
Bubbles: Aww. Good three-headed puppy.
(It starts to growl, and smacks Bubbles. One head eats Sapna, and throws her near where Buttercup put Blossom.)
Buttercup: Stand back, everyone. Buttercup's got this!
(She flies towards the monster- not to close- and turns into a sword, while maintaing the rope transformation on Blossom. She starts ramming towards the monster.)
Buttercup: Rrrrrrr... Ahhhhhhh!
(The monster starts to grownm and Buttercup and the monster collide. Cerberus then starts to shatter, Leaving the heart stone floating midair. Buttercup flies towards the heart stone and grabs it.)
Buttercup: Got it.
Sapna: The heart stone!
(Sapna pants and walks towards Buttercup, her shadow completely covering her.)
Sapna: It's so perfect!
(She holds out her claw to Buttercup.)
Sapna: Let me see it!
Buttercup: Hmm. Okay! Here you go!
(Blossom screams, muffled.)
Blossom: Buttercup, don't give it to her! It's a trick!
Bubbles: Tsk, tsk, ice madness.
(Sapna shakilt breathes. Then, Buttercup accidentally drops the heart stone, and it falls into a crevasse.)
Buttercup: Oops.
(Sapna grabs for it, but misses.)
Sapna: Nooo! You dropped it! You fool! I'll destroy you!
Buttercup: Huh. Ice madness.
(They walk, or in Buttercup's case fly, towards each other. Then, Buttercup smack's Sapna. We cut to outside the cave. Sapna has a bandage on her cheek, where Buttercup slapped her.)
Buttercup: Sorry I had to knock some sense into you, Sapna.
Sapna: Oh, it's okay girls. Now that you've freed me from the power of that heart stone, I can finally go back to my research on these caves. Good luck saving Townsville, girls!
(She walks back into the caves.)
Girls: Bye, Sapna!
Blossom: Oh no! We forgot about Townsville!
Bubbles: How are we gonna save it without the heart stone?
Buttercup: Ahem. You mean, this heart stone?
(She pulls it out from behind her back. The girls stare in awe at the heart stone and gasp.)
Blossom: How?
Buttercup: I dropped a stone, but not the stone. I made a couple spares last night.
(We see a flashback of Buttercup last night. She is sitting on a big pile of crystals. Some are green, and some are red. She fires her eye lasers at a peice, but gets a skull. She throws it away.)
Buttercup: Nah.
(She fires her lasers again, but gets lungs.)
Buttercup: No.
(A third time, she shoots out lasers and cuts out a heart shape that looks like the heart stone.)
Buttercup: Cool.
(We cut back to the present time.)
Buttercup: You didn't really think I'd give the heart stone to Sapna, did ya?
Blossom: But, I thought you didn't trust me.
Buttercup: Don't be dumb. You're my sister! Of course I trust you.
(They hug.)
Blossom: Aw, thanks, Buttercup. Come on, girls. We got a town to save!
Buttercup: Lead the way, Bloss!
