Narrator: The City Of Townsville, where it's a beautiful, sunny day, and there's no sign of trouble on the— Huh?
(The screen suddenly shakes and loud crashing is heard in the background. The narrator screams out in panic as he's punched repeatedly off-screen by somebody. There's a loud sound of a piece of duct tape being tied around the narrator's mouth. He screams out for help, but his voice is muffled behind the tape. He's then thrown off-screen into a closet. With a loud bang, the screen shakes again, and birds fly off of the buildings in shock. This turns out to be the work of Mojo Jojo, who's hijacking the show.)
Mojo Jojo: (Taking over the narrator's place) The City of Townsville, a city that while being a city, is for some explicable reason called, ”Town.” And not only it's called a town, but also a “Ville,” thus making it a city, town, and village, which seems to be redundant and repetitive, which could quite annoying if you ask me. Mojo Jojo: Pay no attention to that monkey behind the curtain! Destroy each other (panicking) or go home!
(Annoyed, Blossom flies into the booth and drags Mojo out to an irked Bubbles and Buttercup, ready to attack)
Buttercup: (angrily, ready to fight) In the stomach or in the face?!
(Mojo stares up in concern, knowing he's screwed.)
Mojo Jojo: (sheepishly) How about an option of the third type?
(He lets out a nervous laugh)
(Camera cuts to off-screen where we hear the beating commence. As the camera shakes with each punch and with no control over the narrator's booth, the rain clouds in the sky disappear)
Mojo Jojo: (off-screen) Not the face! NOT THE FACE!!!!
(Cut to back inside the layer, where the girls float triumphantly over the once-again defeated Mojo Jojo. However, as they're expecting the ending to come, it does not. They look at each other in confusion)
Buttercup: Something's wrong here.
Bubbles: Yeah! We beat up Mojo...
Buttercup: (continuing) ...we saved the day...
Blossom: (continuing) ...but it doesn't feel right! It feels, like, like...like something's missing!
Bubbles and Buttercup: (together) Yeah!
Blossom: But what?
(Puzzled, the three think about what could be missing for a few seconds. Suddenly, there is panicked and muffled shouting coming from off-camera. It's the narrator, still locked in the closet. Bubbles hears his cries.)
Bubbles: Hey girls, look!
(Concerned, the girls fly over to the closet door, as the narrator's muffled whimpers are still heard)
(Cut to the camera, showing everything from the narrator's perspective (as he's always an off-screen character) They open the door to see the narrator tied up (off-camera), much to their shock. Blossom floats in and reaches for the narrator's mouth (off-camera) and quickly rips off the tape holding his lips shut, much to his pain.)
Narrator: OW!!!! Oh, girls. Thank goodness it's you! I can finally end this nightmare!! So once again the day is saved thanks to... The Powerpuff Girls!
Buttercup: I knew something was missing!!
Bubbles: Yep (giggles)
Blossom: Good night, folks!
(9 seconds later)
Buttercup: Now what?
Narrator: Could I, uh, get a lift home?
Blossom, Bubbles & Buttercup: Of course!! (The girls fly to the Narrator offering him a lift home)
