Bubbles wins tickets to a concert. Unfortunately, she only won two tickets. Before she can choose which of her sisters to bring, the Mayor crash lands on Monster Island, and the girls go rescue him. Meanwhile, Blossom and Buttercup keep arguing on who should get the second ticket.
Buttercup meets a group of roller-derby girls called the Derbytantes, who invite her to join their team. However, this prevents her from hanging out with her sisters, so Princess Morbucks tries to weasel her way into the group as Buttercup's replacement
Blossom is woke up after the candy party then she felt confused because her room was a mess. She also woke up Buttercup to recall the real event. However, after they recalled the actual incident through flashbacks, they were confused looking for Bubbles who disappeared.
A rainbow causes Townsville to become unusually happy, to the point they're unaware of their destructive actions, forcing the girls to investigate the cause.
Bubbles meets a talking pony named Donny, who wants to be a unicorn, but things take a wrong turn when Donny transforms into a monster that threatens Townsville.
After letting lumberjack-themed villain Man-Boy escape in her anger, Buttercup seeks anger management training from a New Age guru. In order to defeat Man-Boy when he returns to take revenge, Buttercup aims to strike a balance between inner peace and struggle.
Ms. Bellum cashes in on her vacation days that have been building up, leaving the Mayor on his own to run Townsville. When he feels he can't do it, the girls find a replacement assistant...who, unfortunately, turns out to be one of their newer enemies, Bianca Bikini.
Angry at Bubbles for losing a kickball game, Buttercup decides to hide her toy doll, Octi, only to come to like playing with him. However, when she gives it an embroidered studded jacket, it draws the attention of Packrat, who loves shiny things.
During a fight against Packrat, Bubbles breaks her arm and is given a cybernetic cast to allows her to continue fighting crime. However, she lets the new found power go to her head.
During a fight against some food monster, Buttercup and Bubbles level up and discover a new power; the ability to make hard light constructs. However, Blossom feels left out, since she's the only Powerpuff who didn't get leveled up.
A mysterious tiara is up for grabs at Townsville’s pageants of Beauty, Talent, and All-Around Flair. The tiara is later revealed to have been made by the evil HIM and has the ability to take over its wearer.
The girls are enrolled in an elementary school after Pokey Oaks Kindergarten was destroyed during a radioactive show and tell. But after a rough first day due to the cruelty of the older students, the girls have the Professor make them a potion to make them older, only for them to take too much and turn into seniors. Will the Professor brew an antidote and change them back to normal before it's too late?
The Professor has a new girlfriend, a scientist from India named Sapna, who gains the jealousy of the girls when she takes his attention away from them, prompting the three to try and split them up. Sapna has a deadly secret, however.
The Professor leaves the Girls in charge of cleaning the house while he runs errands. While cleaning, Blossom comes across a strange chest, and accidentally releases ghosts that will destroy the world if she doesn't find a way to get them back in.
Midway Elementary Science Fair is coming up and is to be judged by a famous scientist who happens to a be a favorite of Blossom. However when the two meet, he convinces Blossom to help him build a device with ill-intentions in mind.
A princess falls from a fairy tale realm and into Townville, dead set on finding her prince, much to the girls' annoyance, when they're forced to save her from self-inflicted peril. But when her goal turns into greed the Girls are more annoyed than ever.
The girls spend the day at the lake and enjoying themselves when the water is suddenly drained from it as well as the rest of the city. The girls soon find out that Manboy has taken the water for himself to water the lawn around his lair. So the girls head off to stop him to get the water back.
When Bubbles takes a bad school photo, she thinks that she's lost her cuteness. Blossom and Buttercup's attempts to doll Bubbles up only make her look worse to the point that she runs away with half a bunny mask over her "deformed" part of her face and joins Mojo Jojo on a rampage of Townsville.
Blossom and Bubbles come down with swine flu and have to skip school. When the Professor is needed at a job interview, Buttercup, seeing an opportunity to take a day off from school herself, offers to look after the two in his place.
Donny the Unicorn returns to Townsville for a student/pony program, much to Bubbles' delight. However, after a first day at school, he makes a new friend named Chelsea, much to the jealousy to Bubbles, which threatens to drive a wedge in their friendship.
School elections are coming up and Blossom runs for school president. However, Princess throws her tiara into the ring and runs against her, doing so by means of a smeared campaign against Blossom. Blossom tries to continue a fair campaign but ultimately decides to play dirty as well.
While at a park playing frisbee, Bubbles finds a furry creature out in a bush by itself. Against Blossom's wishes, she takes it home with her to raise it as a pet.
The Fashionistas return, and seem to have gone straight by entering the fashion industry, starting by creating an all-purpose scarf, "Smooji". It becomes a fast sensation of Townsville, but the Professor refuses to let the girls have one due to Bianca's slogan, which he does not approve.
The girls want to enter a contest for a vegetable themed festival, Veggiefest. However in their first attempt, they forget to take care of their garden. So decide to take a quick way by grabbing every fertilizer they can find. While this works, it also ends up growing a caterpillar in their garden named Tabitha, or "Eddie".
Bubbles feels that the Professor purposefully ignores her since he always spends time with Blossom and Buttercup. When a favored artist of Bubbles, Zeit Geist, comes to town for an art show, she decides to use the road trip to spend some time together with the Professor.
The girls keep staying up past their bedtime to watch episodes of Space Towtruck. However, the house soon comes under siege by one of the Professor's experiments: A sentient pillow so comfy it can put anyone to sleep. Thus, the Utonium family find themselves on guard as they try to stop it.
Blossom misses out on joining a school club she wants to join. Bubbles and Buttercup recommend other clubs, prompting Blossom to imagine what it would be like joining them.
The girls acquire a paper prediction swapper from a classmate and with it they reap a ton of stuff they've wanted in exchange for their innermost secrets.
It's Halloween and the girls are out Trick or Treating. They decide to hit up one more house but find that it's the home to a giant living Squash who's angry that they (or rather, Buttercup) tried to grab more than one candy from his bowl. Threatening to squeeze them to death, the girls offer to tell him three stories which he'll let them go if he finds them scary.
The girls enter a battle of the bands contest, but Buttercup keeps smashing her guitars during band practice, when she goes to get her latest guitar fixed, the shop owner refuses to do so and Buttercup states she'll do anything for a new guitar.
After an accident in the lab, the girls become worried about the Professor's safety and seek to protect him from all of the potential dangers he could face.
Jared Shapiro, an admirer of Blossom, gives her a letter displaying his feelings for her. However, thanks to Bubbles and Buttercup's teasing, she becomes nervous in wanting to give an answer to him. When a snow day comes around the next day, Blossom decides to use her ice breath to extend it-
A mysterious person comes to Townsville, challenging anyone who can be brave enough to try his swing set. Against the Professor's wishes, the girls take up the challenge and swing so high that they end up in an alternate dimension where everything is perfect.
Blossom neglects her promise to Bubbles when she takes on too many tasks, leaving Buttercup and Bubbles to fend for themselves when Bubbles’ biome project turns into a monster.
