Scissors is a monster who appears in "Boogie Frights". He is one of the henchmen of the Boogie Man.

Scissors is bird-like, with a long, razor-sharp beak, as well as two-toed, clawed feet. He has gray skin and pink eyes, and wears a blue sweater and cap. He is hunched over.
Biography[]
Scissors was only seen at the power plant. He is called by Jerome at the request of their boss, the Boogie Man. He tells Scissors to cut the main power and create a blackout in Townsville. It is part of the Boogie Man's plot to make Townsville an all-night disco for him and his fellow monsters.
