After the camera panned out of the mall that the teenage Powerpuff Girls were in, it showed that the city was being destroyed by explosions, monsters, and aliens. The Red Claw Monster was seen stomping around the city and screaming.

He appears to be a giant red monster with a dragon-monster like body, jagged teeth, claw-hands, red eyes, black eyebrows, a snake-like tongue, and yellow horns.
