Rebel Rebel is the thirty first episode (and the one-hundred and tenth overall) of Season 3 of The Powerpuff Girls. It premiered on Cartoon Network on April 14, 2019.

Synopsis[]

The Professor befriends a group of scientists calling themselves the Beaker Boys who claim they do "mad science". However the boys don't seem like very nice people which concern the girls that he may have fallen in with a bad crowd.

The plot of this episode may be a reference to the 1998 episode, Buttercrush which also involves a similar plot line in the theme of hanging around the wrong people.
In the opening Science Con scene, two of the scientists present resemble famous real life scientists such as Bill Nye and Neil deGrasse Tyson. One in the bottom right corner resembles Dr. Eggman from the Sonic Franchise.
