He bears a striking resemblance to Mojo Jojo, except he has brown, hairless skin and wears only a white turban with a red gem and a white pair of undies. Also, he's a human being rather than a chimpanzee.
Power[]
His power comes from the gem on his turban by him putting his hands together. After that, a red beam unleashes from the gem, destroying whatever is in sight.
