Quackor (full title Quackor the Fowl; secret identity Ducky) is a villain duck belonging to Mandark who appears primarily in the Dexter's Laboratory TV series, first appearing in the episode of the same name. She made a cameo in the episode "Bought and Scold" at the beginning. She never appeared in the show before and was not a villain of The Powerpuff Girls.
She is a black duck with a green, capital Q on her forehead and a green ring surrounding her neck.
