(In the Midway Elementary School hallway)
Blossom: (Puts her poster on a wall) Ah, perfect. (The camera zooms out as Bubbles and Buttercup are shown)
Bubbles: Vote for Blossom for student body president! (Gives a Blossom pin to a girl)
Buttercup: (As a boy walks by) Vote for Blossom, take a button. (The boy walks past her) I said take a button! (Throws the pin at him)
Boy: Ouch.
Blossom: Buttercup!
Buttercup: (Lifts a boy off the floor by the shirt) One vote for Blossom or I'll rip out your sinuses.
Blossom: (Stops Buttercup) Buttercup, stop! I told you not to intimidate the voters!
Buttercup: (The boy she lifted falls down on the floor) Uh, you did?
Blossom: Yes. Have you listened to a word I said?
Bubbles: I was listening, Blossom.
Blossom: (Floats down on the floor) Oh, yeah? What did I say?
Bubbles: Um... I love you. (Blossom looks at her suspiciously and drops it)
Barry: (Appears holding a microphone and a girl next to him holding a camera) Blossom, Barry Mackerbacker of the Townsville School Press. What makes you the best choice for student body president?
Blossom: I'm glad you asked. (Starts an inspirational speech) The great institution of student government is all about being the voice of the people, understanding what this school needs, and making the tough decisions that will guide us into a brighter future! (Stops) And that's why I'm pushing my protractor initiative for the math time. (Smiles awkwardly)
Boy: (Screams while running out of the cafeteria and through the hallway) The bats are back!
Blossom: And getting rid of the bats that are overrun in the cafetorium. (2 kids, a boy and a girl, Barry, and the girl with the camera all talk in awe) But whatever happens, the most important thing is we all have a fair and civil election.
Matt: (Walking up to Blossom) I couldn't agree more.
Blossom: Ah, my distinguished opponent, Matt Manser.
Matt: I look forward to running a good clean campaign against you.
Blossom: Thanks, Matt. (She and Matt shake hands) May the best candidate win.

(In the classroom)
Buttercup: (Flying to her seat) Blossom, I pulled all the kids during dodgeball. You're in the lead!
Blossom: (Gasps in excitement)
Buttercup: And Terry has lice.
Blossom: Two good things to know.
Teacher: (Carries a TV box in) All right, class, we have a campaign video (Turns on the TV and plays it) from a surprise new candidate for student body president.
Blossom: New candidate?
Video: Blossom, a model citizen. Or at least that's what she wants you to believe. (Evil laughter)
Blossom: What?
Video: She says she cares about the students, but what does she really think?
Video (Blossom): This school's students are doodies.
Class: (Gasps in shock)
Blossom: Wait, I never said that!
Video: Is this who you want for your student body president? (Fart noises) The girl who nicknamed herself the (farts) queen?
Buttercup: (Laughs) Dude, this is amazing!
Blossom: Who has spun this web of lies?
Video (Morbucks): I'm Princess Morbucks and I approve this message.
Blossom: (Floats down onto her desk table) This is slander!
Buttercup: Relax, man, nobody with half a brain believes anything Morbucks says.
Bubbles: (Takes off her Blossom pin and throws it down) Down with Blossom!
Blossom: Bubbles!
Bubbles: Sorry.
Morbucks: (Comes in on her tiger with a rapper on his legs holding cupcakes and Muscle Woman) Greetings, commoners. I look forward to you all voting for me.
Blossom: (Floats over to Morbucks) Morbucks, that act was totally... (Morbucks shoves a cupcake in her mouth)
Morbucks: Have a cupcake. Enjoy, everyone. (As Muscle Woman throws cupcakes) There goes the freshest fruities!
Blossom: That's bribery!
Morbucks: (As she leaves) Goodbye, poor people. Enjoy voting for me!
Blossom: (Growls)
Chorus: Politics!
(Scene transitions their home in their room)
Blossom: Why can't Morbucks just run a good clean campaign?
Buttercup: It's politics, Bloss. You can't win without slinging a little mud. (Throws mud on Blossom)
Blossom: Wait, is this actual mud? Why do you have this?
Buttercup: Got to be prepared for anything, man.
Blossom: No! (Throws the mud on the floor) My campaign has integrity. I never go to singles with Morbucks. I'm the voice of the protractors!
Bubbles: You know the Golden Rule says: "If someone is mean to you, you're allowed to be doubly mean back!"
Blossom: Uh, that's not what the Golden Rule says. At all.
(At school in Morbucks Campaign Headquarters, where Blossom is, right next to Morbucks, who is sitting on her chair)
Morbucks: (Laughs) Play fair. That's hilarious. Have you ever met me? I'm gonna drag your name through the dirt.
Blossom: Fine! Do your worst, Morbucks. I don't care. I'm gonna run a fair campaign and I'm gonna win!
(Another video is made which is being watched)
Video (Blossom): I don't care!
Video: Of the entire school.
Video (Blossom): I'm gonna...
Video: Beat up all of your grandparents after...
Video (Blossom): And win!
Video (Kash Money Krew Member): Nooo! Not my Nana!
(Another fart noise is heard as all the students in the class laugh)
Blossom: That's IIIIIIIT! Buttercup, time to sling some mud.
Buttercup: Awwww, yeah! (Takes out another mud)
(Bubbles, in a light dark blue hat on her head, takes out a paintbrush defacing Morbucks' face into a clown and renames the poster as "NOBUCKS for PRESIDENT" as Blossom smiles at this. Buttercup, in a garbage can, as 2 men and Muscle Woman are giving kids ice cream, she zaps them with laser vision, and laughs at this.)
Matt: (Puts his small poster on the wall) Vote for me.
(The 2 men from before puts Morbucks' poster on the wall covering the small boy as Bubbles and Buttercup zip by and puts a giant poster for Blossom covering it, the small boy trying to get out of it.)

(In the classroom with a new video)
Video (Morbucks): Hi, I'm Princess Morbucks, and I want to say... (The TV turns to static and changes to the Powerpuff Girls' room with Bubbles wearing a gray paper crown and a red spot in the middle with her hair puffed up as Morbucks and Buttercup dressed as a bat)
Video (Bubbles): Meet your newest school resident.
Video (Buttercup): Hey, I am a bat. Can my thousands of friends live here rent-free?
Video (Bubbles): Why, yes. Yes, they can. (Leans over to Buttercup and going in for a hug, sweetly as she hugs her) Come here, you!
Video (Buttercup): Bubbles, stop! Ew.
Morbucks: How dare they! I would never let anyone live rent-free.
Boy: (Runs into the classroom and around) I don't want more of this anymore! (Screams as he runs into a wall, the 2 bats picking him up on his sleeves, who hits the wall again, and leave)
Video (Blossom): I'm Blossom and I approve this message. (The class chants her name as Morbucks growls at Blossom)
