Popsicles King of frozen desserts
Popsicles is a supervillain who appeared in "Memory Lane of Pain" He tried to Turning everyone in Townsville into ice cream. He was defeated when Buttercup melted him.
History[]
In a flashback, Popsicles was flying around on his ice cream sandwich saucer and laughing maniacally as he blasted people with his freezing lasers, turning them all into ice cream and popsicles.
Appearance[]
Popsicles is a giant ice cream monster, made entirely out of chocolate and vanilla and has a cone on the bottom. He has ice cream cones on his shoulders like spikes with sprinkles and he also has a popsicle behind him.
