Pepper

Pepper is the second member of The Veggie Brigade. He is an anthropomorphic green pepper, brought to life by Black Z-Rays, who swears to get revenge on all the kids of the world, who refuse to eat their vegetables. He appeared in "Veggie Venegance" and died in the end.
