Paul Stec is the art director of both season 3 and season 4 of The Powerpuff Girls (1998 TV series) He is also the art director for shows like Dexter's Laboratory, South Park, Johnny Test and Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. He is best known for the Video game Double Dragon.
