Packrat is a human-mouse hybrid villain introduced in the The Powerpuff Girls 2016 reboot series. He is a hoarder that enjoys stealing shiny things through the city of Townsville.
Biography[]
Packrat has also girlfriends that are actually plastic dolls (named Olga and Rita) as it is seen in the episodes "Little Octi Lost" and "Strong-Armed." According to those two episodes, Packrat does all the stealing because the shiny things are gifts for his dolls. Packrat made his debut in the episode "Little Octi Lost". It is also possible that Packrat is either a hoarder, materialistic, or a kleptomaniac based on these acts.
