The Person Replacing Original Father, otherwise known as P.R.O.F is a robot Professor that appeared in Coupe d'etat.
He is a robotic Professor with a racing suit. He is a crash test dummy for Karr the Car. However, this wasn't explained by the Professor throughout the ending of the episode, but it might be the use of him.
