(Theme Song)
(The episode starts with someone ringing the doorbell of the Powerpuff Girls' house)
Bubbles: He's here! (rapidly puts on a banner that says "Welcome" and puts out cookies and drinks on the coffee table) He's here, he's here, he's here, he's here!
Buttercup: (She and Blossom walks out watching Bubbles) Who's here?
Blossom: Buttercup, she's been talking about this for weeks.
Buttercup: I normally just turn around. (Bubbles puts 2 unicorn shirts and unicorn horns on Buttercup and Blossom) Oh, no.
(Bubbles opens the door which shows two birds flying out of the sun as two unicorns, Mirabella and Axel, both jump into the door entrance in the house)
Mirabella: Greetings, humans. It is I, Mirabella of the Unicorn Coalition of Alliance Brigade. And this is my boyfriend, Axel.
Axel: (Appears next to Mirabella) Sup?
Mirabella: We have come to drop my son Donny off for the Unicorn/Student Exchange Program. Here's a list of his allergies. (Summons a list on a piece of paper with her horn and it falls into Buttercup's hands)
Buttercup: You could've just written this down, man. Isn't that kind of a waste of unicorn magic?
Bubbles: (At the door entrance in the house) Where's Donny?
Donny: (Jumps in at the entrance) Heeeellooooo!
Bubbles: (Squeals) Donny! I can't believe you're gonna be staying with us for a whole week!
Donny: I can't believe I get to go to school with you!
Bubbles: I have so many plans for us.
(Background changes appear as what Donny and Bubbles are going to be doing together)
Bubbles: We're gonna draw pictures!
Donny: Yes!
Bubbles: We're gonna eat ice cream!
Donny: Yes! Yes!
Bubbles: We're gonna sing songs!
Donny: Yes! Yes! Yes!
(Back to reality)
Mirabella: Donny, don't you have something you want to give to Lady Bubbles?
Donny: Oh, yeah. (Bubbles is in shock) As a token of thanks, I want you to have this Unicorn Commemorative Friendship Spoon.
Bubbles: (Happily) A commemorative spoon? Whatever kid wants! (Hugs it)
Buttercup: A spoon? Nobody else thinks this is a waste of magic?
(At Midway Elementary School in the hall)
Donny: Whoa! This place is awesome!
Spikey Haired Boy: Hey, Bubbles. Who's your friend?
Donny: I'm Donny and I'm here for the Student/Unicorn Exchange Program!
Spikey Haired Boy & Eyes/Blonde Hair Covered Boy: Whoa!
Eyes/Blonde Hair Covered Boy: So that's where Big Joey went.
(The scene shows that Big Joey, the only human sitting in a desk, is in a classroom of unicorns sitting in desks also)
Big Joey: (Looks around) You guys are allllright.
(Back in reality in Midway Elementary School still in the hall)
Blossom: Come on, Bubbles. We've got to get back to class.
Buttercup: Yeah. I heard Mr. Alejasandra got a neck tattoo.
Blossom: (Disgusted and embarrassed at the same time) It's just a mole, Buttercup. (Floats away with Buttercup)
(Bubbles and Donny both stay in the hall)
Bubbles: OK, Donny. Meet me out front after school and we'll start Donny and Bubbles' Ultimate Friendship Week!
Donny: I can't even wait! (He and Bubbles walk out separate ways to their classes)
(Outside of Midway Elementary School with Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup waiting for Donny)
Bubbles: I sure hope Donny enjoyed school today.
Donny: (Walks to Bubbles) Hey, y'all. What's up, party people?
Bubbles: Donny. How was your day?
Donny: Your school's so awesome! Everybody's so nice! (Takes the gum out of his mouth) And there was free gum under my desk.
Bubbles: I know. (Takes out the gum out of her mouth also) Isn't it great? (Both of them put their gums back in their mouths) Now, are you ready for our ultimate friendship week. I thought we could start with the new markers I got. Neon 12 pack.
Donny: Uh, I kind of drew pictures today with Chelsea. (Takes the picture out of his backpack) She has glitter neon markers in a 24 pack.
Bubbles: (With rainbow colors in both of her eyes) Whoa. (Her eyes turn back to normal) Wait a minute. Who's Chelsea?
Donny: I met her in class. Oh, man, she's so cool and funny.
Bubbles: Um, okay, let's do something else then. Roller skating.
Donny: Yeah, I love roller skating! Chelsea and I were skating in the halls all day. She has these tiny wheels in the back that's just so cute.
Bubbles: (Sadly) You drew pictures and roller skated without me?
Donny: Yeah, we did. (Bubbles shows a shocked and sad expression on her face) You should've been there. (His phone rings) Oh. I gotta take this. It's Chelsea. (Puts the phone in his ear) Hey, Chels-bels, what is up? No. Totally free. Hey, guys, I'll catch you guys later. I'm gonna grab a scoop at Penguin Pete's with Chelsea. Isn't that cool? (Puts the phone back in his ear) Don't I know it? (Laughs) You are so cute! (Walks off)
Bubbles: (With big sad eyes crying) Um, yeah. Totally cool.
(At home in their room, Bubbles draws an angry face with a red marker breaking the table with it and breaks the marker getting its ink on her face)
Blossom: (Cleans the ink off Bubbles' face with a rag) Come on, Bubbles, don't be jealous. Donny's allowed to make new friends.
Bubbles: (Drops the broken marker on the floor) No, he's not. He's doing all the stuff we were supposed to do with (Makes an angry/annoyed face with a mocking tone in her voice) Chelsea.
Buttercup: Dude, don't worry about her. Donny's your BFF. He likes rainbows, you like rainbows. He likes stickers, you like stickers. He likes eating hay, you like eating hay.
Blossom: (Weirded out and disgusted) Yeah. I've been meaning to talk to you about that last one.
Buttercup: Point is, if Donny likes Chelsea, you'll probably like her too. Let's just meet her and see what this whole fuss is about.
Bubbles: Yeah. Let's go meet her and we can all be friends. Oh. But first, a bite of hay for the road. (The hay appears in the room next to their bed as Bubbles tries to go have some)
Blossom: No, Bubbles. No.
(The 3 Girls fly to Penguin Pete's and walks in the door and sees Donny)
Donny: Hey. What are you guys doing here?
Bubbles: We wanted to meet Chelsea. You made her sound really cool.
Donny: Great. Let me get you a chair. (His horn brings a chair over to the table) There we go.
Buttercup: Dude, you gotta think bigger with this unicorn magic.
Donny: (Bubbles sits in the chair) Chelsea's gonna be sharing the chocobunny sundae with me. Here she comes now.
Commercial Man (singing): (In a background, Chelsea walks over and stands in the center of the background with her name that says "CHELSEA" holding the said chocobunny sundae) Che-Che-Chelsea. Che-Che-Chelsea. Chelsea. Bowl of ice cream not included.
Buttercup: Whoa! It's like Bubbles 2.0!
Chelsea: Hi, everyone. I'm Chelsea. (sits in the booth next to Donny) Wow, Donny, you friends are so cute.
Donny: Well, you'd know because you're the cutiest little cutier around.
Chelsea: No, you are.
Bubbles: (The same expression from home appears again) Yes. It seems we're all very cute. (There is an awkward silence as Donny and Chelsea both blink)
Buttercup: (Awkwardly) So, anyway, what's with the uke?
Chelsea: Oh, I just like to carry it with me and write little songs with my friends. We wrote one earlier, didn't we, Donny?
Donny: We sure did.
(Song starts)
Chelsea (singing): Oh, we're like little candy penguins.
Donny (singing): And we're riding on a rainbow.
Chelsea (singing): Yeah, I never met someone like you.
Donny (singing): I trust your motives through and through.
Chelsea (singing): When we hold hands, I see the proof.
Donny & Chelsea (singing): It's magic. We are friends. Best friends. (Song ends and they both laugh as we see 8-bit Pac-Man life loss music play as we see Bubbles' face with dots for eyes)
Chelsea: Oh, Donny, we're being such silly billies. Our ice cream's getting all melting. (Takes out the same Unicorn Commemorative Friendship Spoon Donny gave Bubbles that triggered her)
Bubbles: (Gasps) Donny! (With the spoon in the center of her eyes with fire) You gave her a spoon?!
Donny: Bubbles? You okay? Your eyes went all spoony.
Blossom: (Awkwardly taps her nose and takes out the phone hotline) Beep, beep, beep. Oh, the emergency signal. We need to leave immediately. (Takes Buttercup's arm and floats)
Buttercup: But I want ice cream.
Blossom: No, you don't. Bye, Chelsea. Nice meeting you.
Donny & Chelsea (singing): We are friends.
(At the Powerpuff Girls' house, Bubbles is sitting in a chair with curls in her hair and a green facemask in a robe wearing soft and fuzzy slippers as Donny walks in the door singing and into the house as he sees Bubbles and gets scared.)
Bubbles: And just where have you been?
Donny: Oh, it's you, Bubbles. What's that on your face?
Bubbles: I'm minimizing my pores. But don't change the subject. (Brings out her phone and shows her texts to Donny) I've been shooting you mad texts all day and no answer.
Donny: I was busy. I went to Space Towtruck On Ice with Chelsea.
Bubbles: (Gasps) How dare you!
Donny: You've been acting weird lately.
Bubbles: Have not.
Donny: You know, Chelsea invited us to sleep over, but if you're gonna keep acting on jelly, I think I'll just gonna go alone.
Bubbles: Fine. Go to Chelsea's. See if I care.
(Blossom and Buttercup are in their room on their bed while listening to the whole thing)
Donny: (Muffled) Fine! I will!
Buttercup: Sounds like it's gonna rain.
Bubbles: (Muffled) Fine! Go, then!
Donny: (Muffled) Fine!
(Back in the living room)
Bubbles: That's fine. As far I'm concerned, I don't have a BFF anymore. (Takes out the spoon from behind her) Here's what I think about our friendship. (Bends the spoon as Donny gasps as she throws it on the floor)
Bubbles: Hmph!
Donny: You know what, Bubbles, if that's how you really feel, then have a good night, worst friend forever. (Lightly slams the door slowly as we go back to Bubbles who is now crying)
Man Voiceover: 2 hours later. (A background with the said hours appears)
Bubbles: (With red dry, bulging eyes still crying)
Buttercup: Aw, Bubbs, you got nothing to worry about. Donny still loves ya.
Bubbles: (Sniffling) But, but, Chelsea's got everything. She's cute, she can sing, she's got a funny accent, and she lives in a volcano! (Cries)
Blossom: Volcano? There's only one person we know that lives in a volcano.
Buttercup: Oh. You mean Volcano Steve?
Blossom: No, not Volcano Steve.
Bubbles: (Gasps) Then that means... (Suspenseful music plays)
(The suspenseful music continues as lightning strikes above Mojo's lair)
Donny: (In a technology container that is holding him with a technology tube on his horn absorbing his magic) All right, this is the weirdest sleepover I've ever had.
Mojo Jojo: (Pushing buttons and stops) Yes, look at this one. You will sleep forever. (Laughs and the 3 Girls blast a hole in the lab and we see a zoom-in of all 3 of them in the lab)
Bubbles: Mojo Jojo, let my BFF go!
MOjo Jojo: Chelsea, your friends are here.
(Chelsea jumps high and lands on the ground)
Chelsea: Oh, hi, friends. Let's play dress-up. (Transforms into what she really is as a robot)
Blossom: Whoa! She's a robot?
Mojo Jojo: (Chelsea makes a cute and adorable face) Yes. She's my most adorable robo creation yet.
Bubbles: I knew she was too good to be real.
Mojo Jojo: I had her lead your unicorn friend here so we can use his magic to power my death ray.
Buttercup: See? Now that's a good use of unicorn magic. It's kind of cliché, but it works.
Donny (singing): Oh, camptown races sing this song, do-da-dee-da.
Blossom: Bubbles, you work on bringing Donny, Buttercup and I will take care of Mojo and Chelsea. (Bubbles flies off to Donny and Blossom and Buttercup fly down to fight Chelsea)
Chelsea: (Buttercup flies to Chelsea really fast) Wanna do some arts and crafts? I brought glitter! (Shoots glitter from both of her hands and hits Buttercup who falls backwards into a wall)
Blossom: Hold on, Buttercup.
Chelsea: Oh, you wanna play too? 'Cause I brought markers! Let's color! (A rainbow from the markers hits Blossom right next to Buttercup)
Bubbles: Almost got it. (Tries to pull the technology tube off his horn which succeeds) You okay, Donny?
Donny: I'll take the cob salad and the horchotta.
Bubbles: (Puts Donny on the ground and hugs him) Oh, Donny. I'm just glad you're OK. Still BFF's, right?
Donny: You call this horchotta?
Mojo Jojo: Chelsea, crush that last Punypuff Girl and her dopey unicorn friend.
Chelsea: Okey-dokey, artichokey. (Jumps up)
Bubbles: You'll never destroy us or our friendship.
Donny: And I don't know where I am.
Chelsea: (her face opens and a robot one is shown) Donny was never your BFF.
Bubbles: Yes, he is. (Shows the bent spoon) And I got the spoon to prove it.
Chelsea: That stupid spoon won't save you now. (Laughs and tries to hit them with lasers coming out of her eyes as Bubbles whimpers and the spoon reflects her eye lasers back at her and destroys her piece by piece as her head rolls to Mojo) Playtime's over.
Blossom: (She and Buttercup fly over to Bubbles and Donny) All right, girls. Time to take care of this monkey man.
Bubbles: Ready to take care of this, Donny?
Donny: I sure am! Wait, ready for what? (He and Bubbles run toward Mojo, who gets scared, but they run and crash into the computer) I'm okay.
(Because Donny and Bubbles crashed into the computer running, Mojo's death ray shoots him who turns into ash which is a photo in a photo book)
Bubbles: Here. A page for every memory we made this week. I'm sorry I got so jealous at Chelsea. That was pretty lame, huh?
Donny: I mean, yeah but I should have included you more. Sometimes I'm a big old jerk and I don't even realize it!
(Donny throws the book and crashes it into a window.)
Bubbles: I'm gonna miss you Donny.
Donny: I'm gonna miss you, BFF! This really was the most fun week ever!
Mirabella: Come now, Donny. We have a magical journey ahead of us. The bus leaves in 15 minutes.
Buttercup: Bus tickets? What is wrong with you guys?!
