Octi in the 2016 series
Octi is a purple stuffed octopus wearing a small black hat. He is Bubbles' most prized stuffed animal. As seen in The Powerpuff Girls Movie, he was given to Bubbles by Professor Utonium, Bubbles' creator/father. The male Octi was voiced by Kate Micucci in the reboot episode Toy Ploy, However Octi doesn't have his hat in the reboot though the intro shows Octi wearing his hat.

- There are some times where Octi's facial expression changes, such as Octi Evil, which is a wicked smile when HIM takes over it and begins destroying Townsville as opposite to its "lazy" smile, or in Octi Gone or Cat Burglar, where Octi’s smile changes into a sad frown.
- Despite being an octopus, Octi only has four legs. This may have been due to eight legs being difficult to animate, or how it seems to be much of a toy than a real octopus.
- In the last two seasons of the 1998 series, he is remade with two more legs, which makes a total of six. He goes back to 4 legs in the 2016 series.
- Octi wears a hat similar to the Mayor's.
- In The Powerpuff Girls' Best Rainy Day Adventure Ever, Octi's hat looks like the Mayor's hat because it's floating.
- His real name is Chadwick, revealed in the episode "Super Friends"
