Monty is a swindler that appears in the episode, "Sun Scream."

Background

Monty is a character that first appeared swindling the Mayor in the episode "Sun Scream." His swindle was asking the mayor to pick a card, and if he chose an Ace, he would win a dollar. The Mayor gives him his money, and then the Mayor chooses a card. He chooses incorrectly, and then another "bystander" (Monty's Assistant) chooses correctly, and he wins the card. The Mayor calls the girls, but they show up too sun burned to fight. Monty and his assistant make fun of their condition, easily dodge their attacks, and touch their burns in response to their attempts. The Professor then arrives with an antidote, and the girls burns peel away. Despite their pleas to go to jail, the girls punish them by leaving them stranded on an island, leaving them badly sunburned.

Appearance

Monty is wearing a yellow vest, has a hairy chest, a bald spot, a red nose, morning shadow, a neckless with yellow circles, brown and pants, a less-than-normal amount of teeth, yellow glasses, black pants, arm/hand jewelry, tan skin, and black hair.

Personality

Monty is more of a jerk than a villain. He acts like a stereotypical swindler with a self-centered attitude. However, he is a coward, instantly becoming fearful once the girls gain their abilities back.

Trivia

• Monty's personality somewhat reflects that of Ace of the "Gang Green Gang."
• Him and his assistant could be based on the various fat and skinny henchmen duos, such as Jasper and Horace from Disney’s 101 Dalmatians, Klunk and Zilly from Hanna Barbera’s Wacky Races, and Wario and Waluigi from Nintendo’s Super Mario franchise.
