Monster Trouble was one of the four pilots series creator Craig McCracken created for CalArts. It was never completed, and was only shown as an animatic.
Plot[]
The episode begins with the RoBeast destroying Townsville. The Whoopass Girls arrive and try to beat it, but due to it being so strong, they hurt themselves trying to do so. They unite and create the Whoopass Dynamo, and save the day by easily defeating the RoBeast.
Trivia[]
- This was later adapted into the Season 1 episode Uh Oh, Dynamo.
- This is one of the only times the Powerpuff Girls are seen with anatomically correct hands.
- Buttercup had no dialogue, unless you consider Whoopass Dynamo to be all three of them talking.
- The design of the monster was later reused for the What a Cartoon short, Crime 101, and was dubbed “The RoBeast”.
