Mojo's Lair is the evil lair of Mojo Jojo. It sits on top of Townsville Volcano Mountain, in the center of Townsville Park. Most of the time, the Powerpuff Girls battle Mojo here.
History[]
According to the episode "Get Back Jojo", interest around the active volcano that would become Mojo's Lair already picked the curiosity of Townsville's populace in the late 1950s, as shown in a documentary of the time that advised against visiting the location due to the danger it posed.
In "The Powerpuff Girls Movie", it is revealed that the Powerpuff Girls built the lair for Mojo Jojo back when they thought he was good. Mojo Jojo's first use of the lair was to contain all of the primates he captured from the zoo and implant Chemical X into their bodies to turn them into more intelligent primates like himself, who are later summoned into the city. Later, after the Girls return to Townsville, Mojo holds Professor Utonium hostage within his lair. Here, he is cornered by the Girls and pumps a large amount of Chemical X into himself, growing much larger than the lair itself.
