"Mizzen in Action" is the 21st episode of sixth season and the 135th episode overall.

It premiered on Cartoon Network in the United States on August 20, 2004.

Plot[]

In this episode, Pirate Crack McCraigen and his crew mistake Chemical X for treasure (since "X" marks the spot) when they are mysteriously transported to the present, leaving the girls to fight these powered pirates to get the professor back and the pirates back into the past.

Synopsis[]

In the 17th century, a group of pirates known as the "Black Watch," led by captain Crack McCraigen, are searching for a lost treasure, when they encounter a mysterious vortex. The captain orders his crew to sail their ship towards the vortex, taking them to modern-day Townsville. After their map leads them to Professor Utonium's house, they sabotage the house to find the treasure, until they find a crate with a large "X" on it. Believing this is their treasure, they take the crate back to their ship, only to find it containing beakers of Chemical X. After Crack's parrot drinks the liquid and flies frantically, the pirates all drink the Chemical X in large quantities, causing them and their ship to fly through Townsville in search for more treasure. As the ship flies past City Hall, the Mayor inspects the ship and suspects pirates have become popular again.

When Professor Utonium return home from the grocery store, he notices the broken-down door, and is then sent to the pirates' ship.
