Abs Man[]
Abs Man is a muscular man who appeared in "Musclecup". Later, it was revealed that he is just a thin man in disguise.
- Appearance: Abs Man is tall, brown skin, black eyes, and bald. He wears a blue and yellow superhero costume with an "A" in the middle, a yellow cape, blue mask and gloves, and dark blue boots.
Cowgirl[]
The unnamed Cowgirl is a student at Midway Elementary School. She appeared in Presidential Punchout.
- Appearance: She is light skinned, blonde hair, blue eyes, and large eyelashes. She wears a cowboy hat with a star in the middle, a blue shirt with white stripes and red stripes, a belt with a gold skirt, crimson pants, and brown boots.
Detective Tatou[]
Detective Tatou is a fictional character of a book Blossom is reading, who appeared Summer Bummer.
- Appearance: She is a young woman of medium height, blonde hair, black eyes and light skin. She wears a red bow, light blue sweater, red dress, white stockings and brown shoes.
- Trivia: She is a clear reference to the Belgian comic book character Tintin from The Adventures of Tintin.
Gerald[]
Gerald is an old man who live in the retirement home Gray Acres of Townsville, who appeared in Green Wing.
- Appearance: Gerald is small in stature, light brown skin, white hair, black eyes, moles on the right side of his cheek. He he wears an apple green shirt, blue-gray pants, and dark brown shoes.
Jack[]
Jack is an old man who live in the retirement home Gray Acres of Townsville, who appeared in Green Wing.
- Appearance: Jack is short, with gray hair, brown skin, and black eyes. He wears a light green sweater, a yellow shirt, black glasses, wine-colored pant and dark brown shoes.
Jerry[]
Jerry is a minor character that appeared in the first episode of the Power of Four special in a flashback where Bubbles talks about her imaginary friends.
- Appearance: Jerry is a young boy that has tan skin, brown hair, black eyes, and a brown sweater and blue jeans. He is often seen picking his nose.
Laura[]
Laura is a woman who appeared in Take Your Kids to Dooms Day. She is named by Blossom when she is singled out in a request for no more questions.
- Appearance: She is a woman of tall stature, light brown skin, brown hair and black eyes. She wears an orange shirt and purple pants.
LeFarge[]
LaFarge is a fictional character and the antagonistic villain of Detective Tatou in Blossom's book, who appeared in Summer Bummer.
- Appearance: LeFarge is a tall man, light skin, black hair, a large mustache, black eyed. He wears a brick red suit and bonnet, glasses, and black boots.
- Trivia: LaFarge is a reference to the main villain from the The Adventures of Tinti comics named Rastapopoulos.
Grandma Mumu[]
Grandma Mumu was the grandmother of Professor Utonium and the great grandmother of the Powerpuff Girls, who appeared in a photo in the short Ping Pong Z.
- Appearance: Grandma Mumu has a similar appearance to Professor Utonium, she is tall, with fair skin and gray hair. He wears a turquoise dress, green blouse, pink pearl necklace, and pink earrings.
Trent[]
Trent is the office joker that Professor Utonium works with. He appears on Take Your Kids to Dooms Day.
- Appearance: Trent is tall, with fair skin, blond hair, and black eyes. He wears a green button-down lab coat, white shirt, green tie, square glasses, gray pants, and dark gray shoes.
Animals[]
Bull[]
The Bull appeared in "The Stayover". Blossom found him in the kitchen making breakfast without remembering why he was there. On that previous night the bull faced Buttercup in a bullfight.
- Appearance: The bull is a stature big with dark gray fur, black eyes. It has a yellow ring on its muzzle, white horns, and a black tassel. She wears a short pink apron with the image of a sun in the middle.
Hamburguer Turtle[]
Hamburguer Turtle is a character that appeared in "Imagine That". He is a wise flying hamburguer turtle who accidentally created Buttercup, when Him brought the girls to Bubbles's imagination and the turtle offered them some advice to defeat to Him, Blossom came up with a great idea, and Buttercup was eating it.
Jerome[]
Jerome is a party lobster that appeared in "Painbow". He was summoned by Allegro to "lighten up" the girls, he throws a yellow disc which curves around from behind and knocks down Blossom and Bubbles, causing them to be under Allegro's magic.
- Appearance: He is a tall pink lobster with dark blue eyes. He wears white socks and light blue shoes.
One Claw McCraw[]
One Claw McCraw appeared in "Clawdad". He is a crayfish that lives in Lake of Townsville, and that Buttercup and Princess wanted to fish, but when they find him they begin to fight for him, and in the end Buttercup protects him from Princess and frees him.
- Appearance: He is a small red crayfish with only one large claw and black eyes.
Pee Wee[]
Pee Wee is a class hamster after Bubbles accidentally mutated him and caused Pokey Oaks Kindergarten to shut down due to his size making the classroom unusable.
- Trivia:
- In the original series, the hamster was named Twiggy.
- Like Twiggy, Pee Wee got mutated.
Tyrannosaurus Tex[]
Tyrannosaurus Tex is a cowboy dinosaur that fought the Powerpuff Girls easily until Bliss defeats him and won in a virtual room, that first appears in Breaking Bliss. However, he makes a comeback as a good guy when he wins a showdown with a Velociraptor Bandit, who appears on T-Tex roars again.

Mole Men[]

The Mole Men are luminous green mole monsters that appeared in "Road Trippin'". When they leave a statue, they destroy the museum's art works, until Bubble and the Professor destroy them with flashlights, which make the light turn them into dust.
Construction worker monster[]
The Construction worker monsterappeared in "The Stayover". He was attacked by the Powerpuff Girls that night, when they thought he was going to destroy the bridge when he was just working on construction, the next day they saw him again, when the girls were looking for Bubbles, the monster yelled at them for what they did. and then asked him if he had seen Bubbles.
Mr. Fluff-n-Stuff[]
Mr. Fluff-n-Stuff is a pillow monster that appeared in "The Big Sleep". The pillow was created by the Professor to be the most comfortable pillow in the world and it also made him think for himself, and anyone he touches will fall asleep. He chased the girls and the teacher around the house to catch them, and the pillow puts the girls to sleep one by one, then it is revealed that the teacher intentionally created it so that the girls already went to sleep.
Robots[]
Infernus[]
Infernus is a one-time villain who appeared in "Blossom3". He is a giant, anthropomorphic furnace, who destroys things and burns things down.
- Appearance: Infernus is a gigantic bronze furnace, with long brown arms and legs protruding from his base. At the ends of his arms, he has two giant hands with sharp crab-like claws on them. On his head, he has a tube, with a funnel on top of it. On the front of his base, he has a mouth that covers a burning flame inside of his body. He has the ability to open his cage and blast a bunch of fire out of it from his mouth.
- Personality: Infernus is an incendiary and violent pyromaniac who enjoys setting things on fire and takes pleasure in the thrill of incinerating things. He is shown to be a reckless giant who goes around smashing things, blowing things up, and beating people up, like The Powerpuff Girls. Especially, he also goes around burning things down to the ground.
Manbot[]
Manbot is a wooden robot that appeared in "Man Up". It is owned by Manboy. As the name suggests, Manbot is directly controlled by Manboy, which means that he will copy every move Manboy makes. He began to hit Buttercup but then her with great fury goes through him, and her after throwing Manboy, begins to destroy completely.
Robo-Referee[]
The Robo-Referee is the replacement of the actual referee (although he was not seen), the robot appeared in "Sideline Dad". The Robo-Referee was allegedly created by the evil clone of Professor Utonium.
Aliens[]
Bronze Boogie Boarder[]
The Bronze Boogie Boarder is a villain from the episode, "In the Doghouse". He is an evil alien, made out of bronze, who surfs around in outer space on a boogie board, stealing things. He is one of the enemies of Blisstina Utonium. At the very beginning of the episode, "In the Doghouse", The Bronze Boogie Boarder boogie boarded through outer space on his bronze boogie board. He was carrying a giant crotaxium crystal, which he had stolen. The Bronze Boogie Boarder gloated and laughed mechanically, about how he had stolen the crystal, and how easy of a task it was. Just then, Bliss entered the scene, and swiped the crotaxium crystal back from him. The force of her snatching the crotaxium crystal, sent The Bronze Boogie Boarder, flying into another planet, where he plummeted to his doom. Bliss was apparently live streaming the whole situation, and showing it to her sisters, back at home. Bliss bragged about how easy it was to defeat him.
- Trivia: He is a parody on "The Silver Surfer".
Signalcles[]
Signalcles is a fictional character from the show Space Towtruck , who appears in "The Big Sleep".
- Appearance: Signalcles has a traffic light instead of a head, three eyes, an orange suit with a blue circle in the middle with blue stripes, a red cape and gloves, and a blue belt with a yellow buckle.
