Humans[]
Bank Robbing Gang[]
The Bank Robbing Gang are the Western crooks that robbed the Bank. They were almost stopped by the Powerpuff Girls until Big Billy lands on them, letting the robbers get away. The shorter one is voiced by Tom Kenny.
- Appearance: They are two tall and one of medium height, they wear black cowboy hats with a red stripe, black vests, two wear brown shirts and one a red shirt, both wear black pants and brown cowboy boots.
Betty[]
Betty is a girl, who Dick Hardly dated back in college. She appeared via flashback in "Knock It Off". In "Knock It Off", Dick Hardly blew off Professor Utonium, while he fooled around with his girlfriend, Betty. When Dick greeted Betty, she told him that she brought her mom with her. Dick smugly told Professor Utonium that he was his own assignment to take care of.
Big Ben[]
Big Ben is a male superhero and one of the one-time characters in the universe of The Powerpuff Girls. He is a member of the Association of World Super Men and represents a "monument to the timeless strength of the British Empire." When the Powerpuff Girls wanted to join the Association of World Super Men, Buttercup went up against Big Ben in a strength battle. Buttercup won when Big Ben got crushed by the mountain he was lifting, Big Ben was later seen being defeated by Mascumax. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Appearance: He's a tall and very muscular man with large chin and the Union Jack emblazoned on his sleeveless blue outfit. He wears a monocle, a lace ruff at his neck, a red cape trimmed with white fur, a small black derby and boots, and white gloves.
- Powers and abilities: He represents himself as the strongest of the AWSM organization.
Billy[]
Billy is an Asian kid at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. He was mentioned by name in "'Twas the Fight Before Christmas".
- Appearance: Billy has light skin, black eyes, dark hair with two hairs sticking out. He wears a light blue shirt, blue pants and black shoes.
Chief of Police[]
Chief of Police is a minor character in the series. He is the leader of Townsville's police force and Mike Brikowski's former boss. He appears in "Cop Out", during which he fires Mike Brikowski for not doing any police work and sleeping on the job, who would proceed to exact revenge on the girls, whom he claims are responsible for his dismissal.
After Brikowski stormed out, the chief became suspicious about his behavior and assigns Officer Perez to keep an eye on him. The next day, Perez alerted the chief that Brikowski was attempting to murder the girls and he along with the police department came to their rescue and arrested Brikowski for his crimes. However, the chief and the police department failed to save the girls, but they were able to survive, thanks to their superpowers. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
Down Unda Mate[]
Down Unda Mate is a superhero in the universes of The Powerpuff Girls. He is a member of the Association of World Super Men, Down Unda Mate is a superhero from Australia. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Powers and abilities: Down Unda Mate can throw boomerangs in battle.
E-Male[]
E-Male is a Japanese superhero. He works for the Association of World Super Men where he is the fastest of the bunch. He is said to circle the globe in precisely 7 seconds. E-Male is a superhero from Japan who is described as Japan’s perfect upgrade of man and electro-cellular micro net enhancements. When the Powerpuff Girls wanted to join the Association of World Super Men, Major Glory put them through the initiation. Bubbles bested E-Male in a race around the world. E-Male is later seen failing to defeat Mascumax. He is voiced by Rob Paulsen.
- Powers and abilities: E-Male has super-speed and can shoot energy beams.

Enrique[]
Enrique is a citizen of Townsville of Mexican heritage. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, although he is more well-versed in the latter. He attended an English speaking class at Townsville Community College, to improve his English. He appeared in "Mo' Linguish".
- Appearance: Enrique is small in stature, light brown skin, dark hair, black eyes, he wears a green shirt, a light brown vest, gray pants and white shoes.
Ernst[]
Ernst is a citizen of Townsville of German descent. He is fluent in both English and German, though he is more well-versed in the latter. He attended an English-speaking class at Townsville Community College to improve his English-speaking skills. He appeared in "Mo' Linguish".
Farouk[]
Farouk is a citizen of Townsville of Arabian descent. He is fluent in both English and Arabic, though he is more well-versed in the latter. He appeared in "Mo' Linguish". In "Mo' Linguish", Farouk attended Townsville community college, to learn how to improve his English-speaking skills. His teacher, Mojo Jojo, told him to be overly specific, when speaking, and give out as much details as possible. Farouk used these speaking skills, when talking to a hot dog vendor, and he really wielded the latter out. After hearing other people talk normally, he told them that they are in need of attending Mojo Jojo's class, wherein they should learn how to speak properly.
- Trivia: Farouk is voiced by Jeff Bennett, who also does other characters on the series. However, for Farouk, Bennett uses the same voiced he later used for Raj in Cartoon Network's other show Camp Lazlo!, but much lower.
Fredrico Chang[]
Fredrico Chang is a correspondant news reporter, who did a live interview with Major Glory of The Association of World Super Men in the year 2000, appeared in "Members Only". He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Appearance: Frederico is of medium height, light skin, black hair. He wears a light beige trench coat, a blue tie, and a white shirt.
Joey Finkelmeyer[]
Joey Finkelmeyer is a student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten and and classmate of The Powerpuff Girls, he appears in the episode Equal Fights. He is voiced by Tara Strong.
- Appearance: Joey is a boy with light skin and black eyes. He wears a light blue shirt, blue pants, white socks and black shoes.
Lloyd & Floyd Floyjoydson[]
Lloyd & Floyd Floyjoydson are identical twin boys, who are students at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. They first appeared in "Paste Makes Waste".
- Trivia:
- Unlike with most twin characters in media, there is no physical features to help tell them apart. The only way they were told apart in their debut episode, was their respective responses to Ms. Keane during their role call.
Mandingo[]
Mandingo is a superhero in the universe of The Powerpuff Girls and is a member of the Association of World Super Men. Mandingo is a superhero from Africa who is the "Sentinel of the Savannah" and "Africa's monarch of might."
- Powers and abilities: Mandingo has the power to fly.
Maria Guadalupe O'Flannigan[]
Maria Guadalupe O'Flannigan is a sky reporter on the worldwide news, who did a report on The Association of World Super Men in the year 2000. She appeared in "Members Only". She is voiced by Tara Strong.
- Appearance: Maria is a tall woman with light skin and black hair. She wears a gray coat, white gloves, and white glasses with greenish-yellow lenses.
Matthew[]
Matthew is a person, who used to go to school with Professor Utonium when they were kids. He bears a strong resemblance to him in appearance, and his voice and mannerisms reflect off of that of the modern-day Professor Utonium's. Matthew is very well-spoken, very knowledgeable, and has a colorful vocabulary, which gets him picked on by Professor Utonium a lot, for being "nerdy". He appeared in "Get Back Jojo".
- Appearance: Matthew is small in stature with white skin, black hair, and black eyes. He wears a white shirt, black tie, black belt, gray shorts, white socks, and black shoes.
Ming[]
Ming is a citizen of Townsville of Asian heritage. He is fluent in both English and Chinese, though he is more fluent in the latter. He attended an English-speaking class at Townsville Community College to improve his English-speaking skills. He appeared in "Mo' Linguish".
Mr. Anoush[]

Mr. Anoush is the father of Hanout Anoush.He is a businessman, who works at a property insurance company. He appeared in "Get Back Jojo". In "Get Back Jojo", Mr. Anoush presented himself at Career Day, at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten saying that he was Hanout's father, as well as a very important businessman, who worked in insurance. He insured buildings, that that in the instance where a building were to be damaged, he provides the company with the money, needed to repair the building's damage.
- Trivia: Given how much buildings are destroyed by The Powerpuff Girls, a person with his job would be very important to many people. This is possibly part of the reason why he stressed how bust he was, at the end of his speech.
Mucho Muchacho[]
Mucho Muchacho is a superhero in the universe of The Powerpuff Girls. He is a member of the Association of World Super Men. Mucho Muchacho is a swashbuckler-themed superhero from Mexico who is described to the "most machismo for your peso."
- Powers and abilities: Mucho Muchacho uses a sword in battle.
- Trivia: He bears a resemblance to Dread Pirate Roberts from the novel The Princess Bride (1973) and its 1987 film adaptation.
Mushu Gai Man[]
Mushu Gai Man is a superhero in the universe of The Powerpuff Girls and is a member of the Association of World Super Men. Mushu Gai Man is a superhero from China where he sports a red outfit and a Chinese military hat.
- Powers and abilities: Mushu Gai Man has super-strength when he channels into the collective manpower of China.
- Trivia: His name is a pun on "Moo goo gai pan", an Americanized version of a Cantonese dish.
Nadia[]
Nadia is a citizen of Townsville of Slavic descent. She is fluent in both English and Slavic, though she is more well-versed in the latter. She attended an English-speaking class at Townsville Community College, to better her English-speaking skills. She appeared in the episode "Mo' Linguish".
Officer Perez[]
The Officer Perez is an officer and the former partner of Mike Brikowski. he only appeared in "Cop Out". He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Appearance: The Officer Perez is tall, with brown skin, black eyes, and brown hair and mustache. He he wears a police uniform, tie and black shoes.
Pablo[]
Pablo is a Hispanic student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. He appeared in the episode "Ice Sore".
- Appearance: Pablo has light brown skin, black hair, black eyes and is toothless. He wears a white T-shirt and light brown pants.
Pesos Bill[]
Pesos Bill (AKA Mr. Bill) is a bartender/bouncer at the Varmints Saloon in The Town of Townsville. He appeared in "West in Pieces".
- Appearance: Bill is of average height, white skin, bald, light brown eyebrows and beard. He wears white overalls and does not wear shoes.
Phil Anthropist[]
Phil Anthropist is an extremely wealthy philanthropist, who lives in Townsville. He appeared in "I See A Funny Cartoon in Your Future".
- Appearance: Phil is light-skinned, has a light brown mustache, a pink nose and cheeks. He wears a smart black suit, white shirt, black bowtie, dark gray tights, and white shoes with a black stripe at the end.
Philip[]
Philip is a man blonde and receptionist at Citiesville Hall, he only appeared in Town and Out. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Appearance: Philip is of average height, white skin, blond hair, and black eyes. He wears a gray sweater.
Philipe[]
Philipe is a citizen of Townsville, of French descent. He is fluent in both English and French, although he is more well-versed in the latter. He attended Townsville Community College, to improve on his English-speaking skills. He appeared in the episode "Mo' Linguish".
- Trivia: His parents are named Jeanne Paul and Cami.
Poehler Fields[]
Poehler Fields is a magnate, working in the magnet business in Townsville. He appeared in "I See A Funny Cartoon in Your Future".
- Appearance: Poehler is a small man,, white skin, white hair and mustache and black eyes. He wears a brown suit with vertical stripes, a white shirt, a black tie, gold cufflinks, and black shoes.
Raja Jaja[]
Raja Jaja has only made one appearance, in the episode "Knock It Off". He is a villain in India. He bears a striking resemblance to Mojo Jojo, except he has brown, hairless skin and wears only a white turban with a red gem and a white pair of undies. Also, he's a human being rather than a chimpanzee. His power comes from the gem on his turban by him putting his hands together. After that, a red beam unleashes from the gem, destroying whatever is in sight.
Ratman[]
Ratman is a superhero parody on Batman. He appeared in the episode "Members Only", as a member of the Association of World Super Men.
- Appearance: A character by the same name appeared in The Justice Friends. It's not likely this is the same character, as the one from The Justice Friends was majorly different in appearance. If he is the same person, he wouldn't be the only Justice Friend to appear as an AWSM member here.
Salami Swami[]
The Salami Swami is a villain that was mentioned in "Meat Fuzzy Lumpkins" and seen in action in "Slave the Day". He flies on a magic carpet and he controls salamis with a magic flute. It is unknown if he is capable of communicating through other means than with his flute, since he has not spoken once in his entire role. In "Slave the Day", he attempted to steal many valuable and irreplaceable pieces of art from Townville's Art Museum. He fought Big Billy by attacking him with salamis. It was no match for Big Billy though, as he could easily chomp all the salamis. Billy slammed several pieces of the art he was stealing on him to prevent the thief from escaping.
Shaquille Silverstein[]
Shaquille Silverstein is a worldwide news reporter, who did a report on the Association of World Super Men in the year 2000. He appeared in "Members Only". In "Members Only", The Powerpuff Girls watched the worldwide news, doing a report on the Association of World Super Men. Shaquille Silverstein was the news reporter and he introduced all of the newcomers to this year's team, which included but was not limited to Big Ben, E-Male, Ya-Mon, Mucho Muchacho, Mandingo, Mushu Gai Man, Down Unda Mate, and of course, Major Glory. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Sgt. Pepper[]
Sgt. Pepper works for the Townsville Police. He is voiced by Roger L. Jackson, him appears in Meet the Beat-Alls in which he is based on Old Fred from Yellow Submarine and the name Sgt. Pepper.
- Appearance: Sgt. Pepper is tall, with white hair and mustache. He wears a blue uniform with yellow trim and a sergeant's star on the right side of his uniform.
Sosumi Blind[]
Sosumi Blind is a Japanese-American lawyer, who lives in Townsville. He appeared in "I See A Funny Cartoon in Your Future".
- Appearance: Sosumi is white skinned, black hair, has a mole under him nose. He wears a navy blue suit, a light blue shirt, and black shoes.
Talia[]
Talia is a citizen of Townsville of Hispanic descent. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, though she is more well-versed in the latter. She attended Townsville Community College to improve her English. She appeared in "Mo' Linguish".
- Trivia:
- She is named after her aunt, Tali.
- She is apparently dating Carl Jusscarl, as he proposed marriage unto her. She rejected him, because his proposal wasn't wordy enough, so it's unknown if they're still together.
Teddy[]
Teddy is a student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. He appeared in "Ice Sore".
- Appearance: Teddy is fair-skinned, black-eyed, brown-haired, freckled, and toothless. He wears a light purple shirt.
- Personality: He is a sweet boy who wants to comment from Ms. Keane about his drawing, but she yelled at him said she doesn’t care and then she told him to go play.
Trevor[]
Trevor is a commercial salesperson on a paid programming channel. He speaks with an Australian accent, and likely lives in or comes from that country. He starred with Dick Hardly on a commercial for Powerpuff Girlz Xtreme. He appeared in the episode "Knock It Off".
- Appearance: Trevor is light skinned, black hair, and black eyes. He wears a green and orange sweater, beige pants, and black shoes.
Wes Goingon[]
Wes Goingon is a student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten, who first appeared in "Paste Makes Waste". He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
- Appearance: Teddy is small in stature, fair skin, blue eyes, white hair, and is a toothy tooth. He wears a light purple shirt.
- Trivia:
- His name is a pun on the phrase "What's going on?".
- He has a nose-picking habit.
Woman Neighbor[]
Woman Neighbor is a one-time character from The Powerpuff Girls, only appearing at the end of the episode "Mommy Fearest". Her name was never revealed and it was never directly revealed, whether she was actually a real person, or if she was just Sedusa, going in disguise. She is voiced by Tara Strong.
In "Mommy Fearest", an unnamed neighbor lady came to the door of the Utonium Residence, saying that she heard about what happened to them recently and that to express her sympathies, she baked them a pie. Instantly upon seeing her, Professor Utonium fell in love with her. The Powerpuff Girls might have suspected this to be Sedusa in another one of her disguises, so they shot right after this new lady and maybe attacked her. The episode ended abruptly right there and the aftermath of the incident was never brought up again, so it's unknown if this woman was actually innocent or just another one of Sedusa's disguises.
- Trivia: Whether she was actually Sedusa in disguise or just a normal person remains ambiguous, as it was never mentioned in the episode. However, in the credits for the episode, "Neighbor Woman" and "Ima Goodelady/Sedusa" are listed as two different characters and they even have different voice actors, implying that they are in fact separate people and that The Powerpuff Girls might have indeed beat up an innocent civilian.
Ya-Mon[]
Ya-Mon is a superhero in the world of The Powerpuff Girls. He is a member of the Association of World Super Men. Ya-Mon is a lion-masked superhero from Jamaica who is described to be the Caribbean Crusader and nicknamed the "Atlantean Lion." He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
- Powers and abilities: Ya-Mon can fly and has super-strength.
Animals[]
Blarney[]
Blarney is the host of The Powerpuff Girls' favorite TV show in the episode, "Child Fearing". In the episode, Mojo Jojo is tasked with babysitting the girls while Professor Utonium is away. After being put through a series of fairly tame torture by the girls, Mojo gives up on forcing them to help him take over Townsville. However, the girls want to watch their favorite TV show, and Mojo lets them do so in hopes of getting some peace and quiet. The show that the girls are watching stars Blarney the Singing Sea Serpent, who pretends to be a bunny rabbit, and then sings "If I Were a Bunny", a song that is initially soothing and peaceful, but soon turns loud and ear-grating at the end of each verse, much to Mojo's extreme discomfort. When Blarney tells the audience to all join in, the girls then force Mojo into various painful actions whenever Blarney sings. However, before he can finish the verse, "if I were a candle, I'd...", Mojo cuts it off, having had enough torture, and drags the girls upstairs, forcing them to go to bed. Blarney is obviously meant to be a parody of Barney the Dinosaur and is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.
Lucky Captain Rabbit King[]
Lucky Captain Rabbit King is the official mascot of the brand cereal, Lucky Captain Rabbit King Nuggets. In his commercials, he was make up plans in hopes of getting the cereal. But when they backfire on him, the kids say to him, "Ridiculous, Lucky Captain Rabbit King. Lucky Captain Rabbit King Nuggets are for the youth!". In "Jewel of the Aisle", a bumbling jewel thief tried to impersonate that mascot in hopes of getting the jewel he stole from the Powerpuff Girls' cereal box. But he idiotically revealed his identity in front of the girls when he started eating the cereal. He is voiced Jeff Bennett.
Valentino[]
Valentino is Ms. Keane's pet cat. He first appeared in "Keen on Keane".
- Trivia:
- Valentino's name is based on a special event called Valentine's Day.
- Valentino is the cause of the Professor and Ms. Keane's break up; this is because the Professor dislikes cats because of what happened in "Cat Man Do".
Monsters[]
Chicken Monster[]
Chicken Monster only appeared in the beginning in the episode Monstra-City. He said he just got an apartment here in Monster Island to the girls... While trying to explain and hearing him out. Then he told the girls that they might want to talk to the Mayor about that problem about monsters living in The City of Townsville.
Claws Monster[]
The Claws Monster appeared in the episode Cover Up. Buttercup fights against him and makes himself cut one of its claws and then she cuts the monster into several pieces. The is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Cyclops[]
The Cyclops appeared in the episode Down 'n' Dirty. Buttercup fight against him and chops his head off which then runs away, but his body is divided into two and attacked Buttercup again. She tricks the two out so that knot their arms and when they try to pull apart again, they explode and then run away armless. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
Dragon Monster[]
The Dragon Monster appeared in the episode Down 'n' Dirty and The Powerpuff Girls Rule!. He rises from the water and sucks Buttercup in his nose, then blows her out upon smelling her, this ends up motivating Buttercup to finally take a bath. The Dragon Monster is voiced by Frank Welker.
Dragon Monster[]
The Elders are featured in the musical episode "See Me, Feel Me, Gnomey". The elders sent The Gnome a chant to rid Townsville of villainy after the Girls agreement to give up their powers in exchange to free Townsville from evil. Very little is known about the elders. They are very powerful, and they are the gnome's source of power. Supposedly they can control events occurring in Townsville. It's also possible that their reign extends not only Townsville but also to the rest of the world. Even HIM was helpless against them. It's possible to connect the elders to Hinduism due the four faces representing them. According to Hinduism the world was created by Brahma, the god of creation. Just like Brahma, the elders have four faces.
- Trivia:
- The elders could symbolize communism.
- "See Me, Feel Me, Gnomey" is the only episode featuring the Elders. They are never mentioned, referenced or heard from again.
- The elders are voiced by Jeff Glen Bennett, Jess Harnell and Roger L. Jackson.
Giant Ant[]
The Giant Ant, as its name implies, is a giant ant. It is the main antagonist of "Bubblevision". Two very powerful features are its very strong jaws and legs (the latter of which caught Buttercup when she and Blossom tried to eyebeam its underbelly).
Giant Blue Octopus[]
The Giant Blue Octopus was a monster that the girls fought in the episode, "Uh-Oh, Dynamo." On each day of the week, the girls had a different task to beat. Their task on Thursday was the Giant Blue Octopus. At first, it had them in it’s grasp, but then they tied it’s tentacles into knots.
- Appearance: It appears to be a giant, blue octopus with some bluish spots and yellow eyes.
- Trivia: Despite being an Octopus, they have the ability to breathe on land.
Giant Crab[]
The Giant Crab was a crab used to build one of Mojo Jojo's machines in the episode, "You Snooze, You Lose." In the episode, Mojo Jojo made blue prints on how to build a machine to destroy the Powerpuff Girls, but it flew out the window and fell into the hands of the Amoeba Boys. The PowerPuff girls then found the boys with the blue prints and thought it was a scavenger hunt. While the other girls got the other items, Buttercup found the giant crab, broke it’s legs, and then made it apart of the machine. It was hollowed out and made into a conveyer belt.
- Appearance: It appears to be a normal crab, just giant sized.

- Mojo referenced him when the PowerPuff Girls were captured.
Giant Fish Monster[]
The Giant Fish Monster was one of the antagonists that caused chaos during The City of Clipsville while the Teenage Powerpuff Girls were distracted. During the Teenage flashback in the episode, "The City of Clipsville", the Giant Fish Monsters was one of the many things that reeked havoc while the Teengae Powerpuff Girls were distracted with Teenage boys. It appeared behind a glass while Bubbles was talking to her teenage boy counterpart. When two women in the background first saw it, they screamed, and the beast flicked it's tongue through the glass and ate her.
- Appearance: It appears to be a giant, orange cyclops fish with a frog-like tongue.
Giant Fish Monster[]
The Giant Flaming Squirrel appeared in the episode Nuthin' Special. He went on a rampage in Townsville because he was in pain from the green flames on his back. He speaks Spanish, saying "Help! Put me out! I'm on fire!", which Bubbles translates. Blossom then uses her ice breath to put out the flames. The Giant Squirrel then kindly thanked Blossom and Bubbles for helping him, and awkwardly thanked Buttercup (who doesn't have a special power and could do nothing to help him), for "being there". He then happily and peacefully left Townsville without causing any more destruction, cheerily saying "Goodbye" in Spanish ("Adios, amigos!") to everyone in Townsville.
Jerome[]
Jerome is a minor villain in the show. He has red sunglasses, an orange and yellow suit, horns, green skin, and a jagged mouth, he appeared in Boogie Frights. It's unknown what happened to Jerome afterward as he was last seen dialing on the phone in order for Boogie Man to tell Scissors to cut down the lights, he might've been defeated by the Powerpuff Girls and/or died by the sunlight. He was voiced (high pitched) by the same voice actor as The Boogie Man.
Little Monster[]
The Little Monster appeared in the episode Cover Up. Buttercup fights against him, but seems she lose. That is until she gets back her blanket - then she quickly defeats the monster. He is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
- Trivia:
- The monster makes a cameo appearance in "Nano of the North".
- The monster also makes a speaking appearance in "Monstra-City".
Maggot Monster[]
The Maggot Monster is one of The Boogie Man's Nightmare Monster friends from the episode, "Boogie Frights." The Maggot Monster is the most frequently appearing Nightmare Monster from the Boogie Frights episode. He can be seen on multiple occasions throughout the episode, the last being when he has green goo squished out of him from both ends of his body. He is also seen popping out of the sewer with The Boogie Man in The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!! episode. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett.
- Appearance: He appears to be a giant tan maggot with a red hat that has a green stripe and a feather. He has no eyes or nose, only a mouth.
- Personality: He appears to be very loyal and close to The Boogie Man like Jerome, having appeared in multiple episodes. Despite this, he does not seem as aggressive as the other monsters.
- Trivia:
- The Maggot Monster appears during the opening title sequence.
- His hat does not re-appear with him in his second appearance.
- He is one of the few monsters that escaped the fate of being burned by the sun.
Methane Monster[]
The Methane Monster made its first appearance in the episode Reeking Havoc. As Professor Utonium won the Chili contest by giving them everybody in Townsville Chili mixed with Chemical X, a critical gas passes out by them creating a Methane Monster stinking up the city. So now it's up to The Powerpuff Girls to stop this monster as Blossom got a giant match that she got from episode two, season one "Insect Inside" and lights it up. Resulting in the Methane Monster being absorbed by it and becoming stink free.
- Trivia: The Methane Monster has a strong resemblance to Slimer, a ghost from the Ghostbusters movie.
Oil Monster[]
The Oil Monster appeared in the episode Down 'n' Dirty. The Girls fight against him then Buttercup creates a tornado which sucks up the monster, flying into outer space and pushes him out. It made Buttercup dirty.
Red Claw Monster[]
The Red Claw Monster is one of the many antagonists that appeared while the PowerPuff girls were teenagers during a flashback in the episode, "The City of Clipsville." After the camera panned out of the mall that the teenage PowerPuff girls were in, it showed that the city was being destroyed by explosions, monsters, and aliens. The Red Claw Monster was seen stomping around the city and screaming.
- Appearance: The appears to be a giant red monster with a dragon-monster like body, jagged teeth, claw-hands, red eyes, black eyebrows, a snake-like tongue, and yellow horns.
Swampy Monster[]
The Swampy Monster was a monster defeated at the begging of "Twisted Sister." The episode begins a scene on a beach with citizens happily hanging out at the beach. It then shows the girls beating up this monster. After punching it and even chopping off part of one of it's tentacles, it is defeated. It has a giant, green, blob-like body, fin ears that are a different tint of green, a singular eye brow, and a singular orange eye.
- Trivia: During it's defeat, none of the citizens are panicked.
Steve the Monster[]
Steve is a big, slimy turquoise monster from the episode Super Zeroes. He explains to the girls that he's upset about their no-shows (because they thought they'd be better with flashy costumes and different transportations) and didn't even fight him right on the third day he came to destroy the city. He lives on Monster Island, where if a monster that attacks Townsville (subsequently fighting the Powerpuff Girls) and returns alive is proclaimed a hero. In the end, he tells them that they don't need flashy costumes and different transportation or anything else because they still have the bravery and courage to save the day. The girls realize he's right and beat him up in their usual fashion. He is voiced by Dee Bradley Baker.

- Steve also served as the host of a programming block that aired on Cartoon Network Asia in 2001/2002 as part of a special event.
- Steve's design and eye-beams are almost certainly a reference to the Toho monster, Hedorah.
Toilet-Mouthed Monster[]
Toilet-Mouthed Monster was a character who appeared in the episode "Curses." When it appears in Townsville acting like a potty mouth, the girls started cursing back to him but the Professor knows it's very naughty to use that word. So the girls use soap and water to shut this toilet mouthed monster up for using cursed words and gets a time out to think about what he has done. He is voiced by Maurice LaMarche.
Robots[]
Birthday Robot[]
The Birthday Robot is an invention invented by Mojo Jojo in the episode "Birthday Bash". It is a birthday present for The Powerpuff Girls, which is a giant robot, bent on destroying them.
- Trivia: It appears to be based on the giant robots from the Mazinger Z franchise and Mobile Suit Gundam franchise.
P.R.O.F.[]
The Person Replacing Original Father (P.R.O.F.) is a robotic version of Professor Utonium, invented by Professor Utonium, to be the driver of K.A.R.R. in the episode "Coupe d'etat". K.A.R.R. went rogue and tried to destroy The Powerpuff Girls, because he wanted The Professor to spend more time with him and less time with the girls. Professor Utonium found a perfect solution and that was to create a robotic version of himself to replace him and drive K.A.R.R. for him, while he spent his time with his girls. K.A.R.R. was happy with P.R.O.F. and P.R.O.F. drove off with K.A.R.R. and went very far. All seemed well, until Blossom raised the questions of what Professor Utonium was going to drive, now.
Aliens[]
Cow Abducting Alien[]
The Cow Abducting Alien was seen trying to abduct cows in the episode "Daylight Savings." The cow abducting alien appeared in the episode, "Daylight Savings," with a red laser gun. He tried to abduct cows from a farm, but was stopped by Bubbles, after she threw them back into their ship and threw it like a frisbee.
- Appearance: He appears to have light green skin, yellow eyes, a large forehead, a pink cloak, an antennae on top of his head, the and a red laser gun.
- Trivia: Their relationship to the Invading Aliens is unknown.
