Jeff
Jeff is a student at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. Jeff cannot walk or stand due to being born a paraplegic so he uses a wheelchair to get around. He appeared in the episode Mojo Jonesin', and wanted to be able to fly. He is voiced by Tom Kenny and Brett Goldstein thereof H.I.M. in The School.
