Synopsis[]
The Powerpuff Girls may be superheroes but they have a terrible secret: They've never learned how to ride a bike! So when the mysterious being Penny Farthing offers to teach them exchange for their superpowers, they quickly take the deal. But Penny Farthing has a terrible secret of his own and what does it have to do with... HIM?!
