The Horned Cyclops Monster is the monster that terrorized Townsville in the episode "Slave the Day".

The monster appears to have red skin, an ovular body, white hair, a horn at the top of its head, one green eyeball, and sharp yellow teeth.
History[]
In the episode "Slave The Day", Big Billy was saved by the Powerpuff Girls and tried to help them. After getting destructive rather than helping them save the city, the final task they had to do was to defeat this monster. After the monster deflected the girls' attack, Billy knocked it into a building, which made the other buildings knock over like dominoes. While the monster was defeated successfully, much of Townsville was destroyed, which particularly angered Blossom. The fate of the monster is unknown.
