E-Male is a minor character from the Powerpuff Girls episode, Members Only. He is a Japanese superhero, and he works for the Association of World Super Men where he is the fastest of the bunch. He is said to circle the globe in precisely 7 seconds.

E-Male is a superhero from Japan who is described as Japan's perfect upgrade of man and electro-cellular micronet enhancements.
When the Powerpuff Girls wanted to join the Association of World Super Men, Major Glory put them through the initiation. Bubbles bested E-Male in a race around the world.
E-Male is later seen failing to defeat Mascumax.

- His name is a pun on the word Email.
- E-Male is a speedster type of superhero. Strangely, Living Bullet, another speedster who originally debuted in Dexter's Laboratory, also appears to be a member of AWSM, making E-Male's creation for the episode unusual.
- E-Male's super powers make the DTMF tones of a touch-tone telephone as well as the handshake sounds of a dial-up modem, keeping with his "cyberspace" theme. In particular, the sound when E-Male is humiliated after losing his race to Bubbles is the wide-spectrum probing signal used to measure the strength of the telephone line.
