A Dragon-Like Monster first appeared in the episode "That's Not My Baby". She has one horn atop her head, light green hide on the chest, and darker scales covering the rest of her body. Unlike Fred, she has two small teal fin-like dragon wings.
In the beginning of the episode, the monster starts wrecking Townsville while clutching a pram in its arms. The girls than took the baby from her, assuming she was endangering it. After caring for the baby and going on a fruitless quest finding its true mother, they then see the monster again who exclaims "My baby!" The girls are logically skeptical, until Bubbles sees only the baby's skin in her arms, to which the monster reveals is a "hideous larva stage." The monster thanks the girls for taking care of her baby, and then goes home.
The Dragon-Like Monster was voiced by Grey DeLisle.

- In the credits, she is simply referred to as "Monster Mom".
- She and her baby (getting out of his "hideous" larva stage) are pretty much from the same monster species as The Powerpuff Girls' monster friend, Fred the Monster who helped them to exposed the fraud Major Man really is to everybody in Townsville in Major Competition. It possible that she maybe Fred's wife.
