Citiesville Hall is the headquarters of the Citiesville government. It contains the office of The Mayor of Citiesville and a reception desk for Philip.
History[]
One day, the Powerpuff Girls move to Citiesville with Professor Utonium after he accepts a job offer there. After being rejected by their teacher to save the town, the girls try to introduce themselves to the mayor and offer their services as superheroes. Since they do not have an appointment, they are told to wait for a long time. When they are finally admitted to the office, the mayor does not pay much attention to them, as he is on the phone with the city council discussing rampant crime rates and is proposing a new bill to deal with it. When the chief of police reports a bank robbery, the girls see this as a chance to prove themselves. They gave him a phone identical to the one given to the Mayor of Townsville and leave.
Later that night, after stopping the robbers from getting away by accidentally destroying the Citiesville Bridge, the girls have a serious discussion with the Mayor of Citiesville. He was last seen angrily informs them that they cost the city three-million dollars in accidental property damage by destroying the bridge, an irreplaceable historical landmark and the main route in and out of the town (because nobody actually lives in Citiesville and that they actually commute instead), just to catch some men who only stole four-hundred dollars. After having a brief emotional breakdown over the accidental destruction of the bridge, the mayor furiously presents to them a signed bill that bans all superpowers (including flying) in the town, then kicks them out of his office; this would ultimately result in the Powerpuff Girls and Professor Utonium moving back to Townsville.
