Charlie Bean is a citizen of Townsville, based off of the art director of the same name. He is a semi-recurring character and a part time criminal in Townsville. He is voiced by his real-life counterpart.
He is most known for his work on Dexter's Laboratory, Robotboy, Surf's Up and Samurai Jack.
Biography[]
Charlie Bean made his first and only major appearance in the episode "Girls Gone Mild", where he committed grand theft auto. Due to The Powerpuff Girls not being allowed to use their powers at the time, they had to call the police on him, instead of easily whipping his butt. The police were very incompetent and failed to punish Charlie Bean, letting him get away with his crime.
In "A Made Up Story", Charlie Bean was one of the suspects of the make-up vandalism, in Townsville, but he was innocent, as he was in no way affiliated with the crime. Rather, Mask Scara was the person, responsible for this crime.
In "Custody Battle", Charlie Bean was being chased by The Mayor of Townsville, because he wanted the banana, he was eating. Charlie Bean talked to his friend over the cell phone, before being cornered in an alley, by The Mayor.
