Carl Jusscarl is a recurring background character in The Powerpuff Girls. He is a garbage man, who passes by The Utonium House on his weekly route, to take out the trash. His full name was revealed in the episode "A Documentary", where he also had his first speaking role. He is voiced by Jim Cummings.
Biography[]
In "Mo' Linguish", Carl proposed to Talia, but Talia was appalled at how brief and simple his proposal was. She complained, because of how quick and to the point he was, when making this proposal. Talia had recently been learning her English from Mojo Jojo, so she was expecting his proposal to be long, drawn out, and overly specific.
In "A Documentary", Brian Larsen interviewed Carl about The Powerpuff Girls. Carl said that they kept him busy, because of how much trash and debris they left behind, for him to clean up.

- His last name is a joke on the fact that minor background characters are usually never given last names since his full name sounds like "Carl, Just Carl."
- He is in a serious relationship with Talia, and he even proposed to her in "Mo' Linguish". She rejected his proposal because he was not eloquent and wordy enough. This is the last time they were ever seen together, so it's unknown what their current relationship status is now.
