The Gleep Glerp Zerbom 3000, also known as Bugley, is a mind control device/object creator, which was invented by Silico in the episode "Lights Out!". It seemed like a perfectly innocent invention at first, which would give everyone in the world the ability to create whatever they wanted, but it turned out to be a mind control device, that would turn everyone against The Powerpuff Girls. After the Girls defeated Silico, it is unknown if they freed the citizens from Silico’s control by destroying them or consficating them.
