Breaking Bliss is the twenty-sixth episode (and the sixty-fifth episode overall) of Season 2 of 2016 Powerpuff Girls series. It's the fourth part of the special movie event "Power of Four".

Sypnosis

When Bliss struggles to control her powers an evil force arises to take advantage.

• This is the first appearance of the Utonium virtual simulator since the original series episode "Bubblevicious".
• Buttercup mentions to Bliss that she was a teenager once was a callback reference to an episode "The City of Clipsville" of the classic series.
• This is the third time HIM used shapeshifting, the first two were "Secret Swapper of Doom" & "Electric Buttercup".
  • When HIM shapeshifts into a butterfly, his form is similar to the classic series episode "All Chalked Up", except for his head.
• HIM's voice returns to his usual eerie and ominous tone.
• This episode title was an obvious parody of the hit AMC television crime drama series Breaking Bad.
