Antidote X is a serum that reverses the effects of Chemical X. When a subject (who is chemically enhanced by Chemical X) is doused with Antidote X, they will be completely deprived of Chemical X and all of its attributes. Antidote X can also be reversed by subjecting a douse of Chemical X onto a subject without its attributes.
There is also the possibility that the effects of Antidote X are temporary and will eventually wear off if a subject with Chemical X is doused with it, which could by extension indicate that there are multiple variants of Antidote X.
"Mo Job" is the first episode to feature an antidote to Chemical X (which is simply referred to as such, but can be presumed to be Antidote X). The name of Antidote X was revealed in "Slumbering with the Enemy", where it also appears in its signature container for the first time. It is implied by the Professor that it is cherry-flavored.
