<p>In the original anime the power of the PPG-Z and monsters were embued by "black light" and "white light". In the dubbed version they were called black and white "Z-Rays".
</p><p>The city was also called New Tokyo while the dub called in New Townsville.
</p><p>I've never seen the dubbed version, just watched the subbed version. But Z-Rays are a definate keeper.

The RowdyRuff Boys</i></span></h3>
<p>The "RowdyRuff Boys Z" were artificially made the same way the original RowdyRuff Boys were. This doesn't really make sense to how they mirror the PowerPuff Girls who unlike their original versions the PPG-Z were regular human children embued with Z-Rays to become the PowerPuff Girls Z.
</p><p>For the RowdyRuff Boys, Instead of being clones of the PPG-Z that are brats and lack Y-chromosomes instead the RowdyRuff Boys could be transformed state of various boys that Mojo selected. I can imagine Mojo making mobile phones that allow those he gave it to to transform.
</p><p>Instead of becoming a cyborg werewolf, I can imagine Cody being "Boomer". As Boomer his disease is completely subsided and allows him to be physically free. The only downside is that these phones can only transform those kids with black Z-Rays and doing so their inhibitations and attitudes are made worse.

Mojo Jonesin'</i> where Mojo give superpowers to kids.

The Rowdyruff Girls</i></span></h3>
<p>I know I'm overthinking "Magical Girl Logic" but after the girls are infused with white Z-Rays their transformation resulted in high-tech equipment and super-durable clothes from nowhere.
</p><p>Now I know in such anime as Sailor Moon stuff like this happens, but it's excused as "magic". PPG-Z however regards it all as sci-fi but gives no explanation of the nature of their equipment that differates it from magic. They are litterally given
compowders for no clear reason.
</p><p>What if in the episode <i>
The Rowdyruff Girls</i>, Professor Utonium finds a curious corporate yet alien like logo on the belts or clothing, or maybe a peculiar "ζ" symbol and discovers that an interdimensional organisation is responsible for making the PPG-Z uniforn and belts?

<h3><span class="mw-headline" id="Additional_episode.2C_.CE.B6_technology">Additional episode, ζ technology</span></h3>
<p>OK, getting a bit fanficcy on this one but as I said before "who made those compowders?"
</p><p>An interdimensional organizatoin of heroes that use technology for Z-Ray empowered champions. The day Momoko, Miyako and Kaoru were embued with white Z-Rays caused a complete fluke where they ended up with those compowders. Those compowders were made with ζ technology.
</p><p>Perhaps an episode where these interdimensional beings test the PPG-Z whenever they're worthy of keeping their belts, compowders and rings or must forfeit them if not worthy.

<h3><span class="mw-headline" id="Change_to_the_episode_The_Final_Battle">Change to the episode <i>
The Final Battle</i></span></h3>
<p>The girls had to voluntarily give up their powers to stop Him and they makie it out like it's a sacrifice they must do for the greater good and a neccessity to imprison Him forever.
</p><p>However Poochie and the girls get their powers back despite no more Z-Rays regardless. Not only does it defeats the point of it all but it's cliché as well.
</p><p>Instead I would of had the episode end with the girls accepting they're no longer the PowerPuff Girls and feel helpless when trouble arrives in New Tokyo. But the mysterious "ζ" organisation realise the PowerPuff Girls Z are needed and give them a new way to transform. Even if it is too late to make new equipment to make merchandice out of it would still be a more profound alternative to how they can ertain their powers than just some cliché miracle.
