TBH, they seem to be doing fine on their own
The fact that people complain about that scene of Bubbles swearing in the 2016 reboot episode “The Garden of Good and Eddie” as being another bad thing the reboot has done, as if she never swore in the show before, even though that’s not true
She (as well as Blossom and Buttercup) has swore in the Original Series before

Swear words were actually the main focus of this episode, yet NOBODY complained about it
But HERE on the other hand, people say that Bubbles swearing is another bad thing the reboot did, despite the fact she had done this before in the OG series, it’s not like “Curses” didn’t exist or anything

And even so, it’s not like they’re fine with her swearing in the OG series but NOT fine with her swearing in the reboot
I mean, Seriously, WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE!?!?!?!?
True, but I do think the newer designs fit the “Rowdy” and “Ruff” style, which I approve of
