The Professor was working on a formula for The Prefect Little Girl by putting in sugar, spice and everything nice. But while stirring the ingredients, Mojo (who was the Professor hyperactive lab assistant known as Jo Jo) pushed the Professor which cause him to smash into a container of Chemical X which poured into The Perfect Girl formula. Then an exploding which resulted in The Powerpuff Girls being born. Also, the chemicals from the exploding mutated Mojo which resulted in his intelligence increasing and his brain exposing from his head, he also gain green skin and started talking.

That's right, the male versions of The Powerpuff Girls are fighting Mojo.
