They're called the Mafia Axolotls who have the same name and hat.
I found Bossman, Slim and Junior (the Amoeba Boys) as axolotls in a Minecraft Animation! MUST WATCH! (Go to 0:44)
They have been spotted in July 28, 2021 (Wednesday (UNKNOWN TIME!)) and stole the items in Minecraft as they travel to YouTube!
