I just noticed that The Powerpuff Girls Rule!!! was animated with Adobe Animate instead of digital ink and paint like Seasons 4-6. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what the animation team is gonna use to animate the upcoming revival.
I've noticed that too after watching older episodes of PowerPuffGirls. Around that time, I believe it was called Adobe Flash, which was the same program used for fosters. But overall, it is cool to see cartoon tv shows at the time animated using Adobe Flash. Goes to show how popular it was at the time cause I remember other shows using it as well.
